Bienvenue au paradis! Sea Le Vie est une maison de 5 chambres, 4. 5 salles de bains, golfe devant la plage qui peut accueillir jusqu'à 21 personnes. Cette maison est directement face à l'océan avec de superbes vues sur les plages de sable blanc et les eaux cristallines de Gulf Shores. Cette maison a une piscine privée, beaucoup de stationnement, a carreaux partout, des grils en plein air, une promenade privée à la ligne de flottaison, et bien plus encore!

- Pas plus de 50 personnes peuvent être sur la propriété pour l'événement et pas plus que la limite d'occupation normale peut être dans la propriété à tous les autres moments.
- L'événement doit avoir lieu à l'extérieur de la maison.
- Si vous contractez une entreprise extérieure pour faciliter votre événement, ils doivent être cautionnés et assurés.
- Il doit y avoir un plan pour l'enlèvement adéquat des eaux usées et des eaux usées sur le site. (toilettes chimiques portatives).
- Un plan d'élimination des déchets / déchets supplémentaires du site.
- Un plan de stationnement et de navette, si nécessaire.
- Un plan en cas de mauvais temps. S'il est découvert qu'un mariage ou un autre événement similaire est ou a eu lieu pendant la durée du contrat de location, et qu'aucun frais n'a été payé, le locataire devra payer ces frais et payer une pénalité additionnelle de 250 $. 00 pour une telle infraction.

We rented this house for just short of a month. We feel totally ripped off, this wasn’t a cheap place to stay and everything there was subpar. Floor was so dirty our feet were black, we don’t wear shoes indoors so this was unacceptable. The table was so scarred up and worn they threw an old oilcloth cover on it. The couches smelled terrible of urine, the two side chairs were old and dirty. The vacuum cleaner was taped together and spewed more dust than it sucked up. Broom was taped together. Not to mention the cockroaches. We’ve been renting homes on the beach for years and this one is number 2 on the worst list. If you decide to rent this plan on absolutely no amenities. Not even a pod of coffee for your first morning.

Amazing Beach House!

This place was great for family! Lots of beds for everyone to lay their heads, enough space to spread out, and right on the beach! Hearing the waves crash while falling asleep was so soothing.

Overall this house was great! It was very spacious and plenty of beds and bathrooms. The pool was great and the access to the beach was perfect! The couch and rugs definitely needed a good deep cleaning but otherwise it was great!

Beach house perfect

We had 10 people ranging in age form 19 to 93! The house was perfect with lots of beds and bathrooms for all! The property managers were very responsive. Maintenance even came to house on Christmas Eve. The beach access was great! Would definitely recommend this property!
