This fully renovated, six-bedroom farmhouse boasts over 5,900 square feet of living space and offers not only all of the above, but a fantastic location as well. You’ll be just minutes from several wedding/event venues, hiking and biking trails, water sports, downtown Banner Elk’s shops and restaurants, golf courses, ski resorts, wineries, Grandfather Mountain, Valle Crucis, and more.

Located on a two-acre wooded lot, your outdoor space includes a beautifully landscaped fire pit with abundant seating and a large, rolling lawn - perfect for sledding, lawn games, playing fetch with the pups, or even hosting an intimate wedding or event with a max of 20 guests.

Inside, you’ll find mountain-modern decor, hardwood floors, and an open floor plan made for entertaining. The chef’s kitchen features a Thermador oven, six-burner gas range, a built-in refrigerator, wine cooler, farmhouse sink, and an oversized butcher-block island with seating for eight. Additionally, the kitchen table seats six and a farmhouse dining room table seats up to 10, so you can easily feed a crowd. The centerpiece of the living and family rooms is the double-sided, river-rock gas fireplace, perfect for a chilly evening. A secondary den on the bottom level offers another gas-log fireplace and bar area with a mini-fridge, along with a pool table and game table. More entertainment options at home include eight streaming-capable TVs, free WiFi, cable, a DVD player and library, and board games.

At bedtime, you’ll find four rooms on the third level, including the primary bedroom with a seating area and ensuite bathroom featuring a swoon-worthy soaking tub. The fifth bedroom is on the main floor, and the sixth bedroom is just off the game room downstairs. With such abundant space inside and out - and that gorgeous fire pit and hot tub, just made for spending time outdoors - the only question left is how many extra days you’ll book at Stoneybrook Lodge!

Please note that small weddings or family gatherings may take place at the home , but with no more than 20 people at the gathering.
