  • Perfect setting

"The Cove at Fairview is a great location - near Asheville but you feel like you are deep in the mountains. The Property is well-maintained, and the Roundette was equipped with all the necessities. Very comfortable and fun to look out on the horses, chickens, goats and donkey!!"

  • Perfect in every way!

"This beautiful home was a perfect gathering place for our group of eight. We were more than pleased with every aspect from the grand view, easy access roads, the security of the gated community, ample parking, the well appointed kitchen, the amazing view, two comfy living rooms, three huge bathrooms, the spectacular view, wifi, house phone with free long distance and in case I didn't mention it, the lovely view of the mountains. We loved the close proximity to Sylva where we enjoyed a fantastic spa day at Fusions Spa, followed by shopping and dinner and then a quick drive to Cherokee to try our luck (maybe next time) at the casino. Andy, thanks for sharing your home with us. We can't wait to come back!!"

  • Gorgeous Little Cabin Tucked Away From It All

"This gorgeous little cabin was the perfect getaway for my husband, our toddler and I! Although the foggy/rainy weather hampered the view for the majority of our trip, we still enjoyed the back porch swing, ethereal foggy mountain views and lovely surrounding property. It wasn't that hard to get to, either - and the location is gorgeous. Saluda was a quaint little town (we enjoyed Green River BBQ for dinner one night, and shopping at Thompson's & MA Pace grocery stores). The majority of our trip was spent at surrounding waterfalls and parks, making this cabin's location ideal. I would highly recommend it for those traveling with a little one - the location was quiet, plenty of room to bring a pack-n-play (our son slept in the corner of the master bedroom with us) and he loved taking a bath in the clawfoot tub! Overall, we had a relaxing time and felt our money was VERY WELL SPENT at this beautiful cabin. Wish we could have stayed longer and we will definitely be back!"

  • Kingsport Guests

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In general it was a good experience and I would stay in this home again. My only complaints were lack of a large outdoor trash receptacle for temporary storage of trash and the two bedroom TVs lacked reception. These were minor inconveniences and did not alter the fact that this was a fine rental."
