  • Fantastic 4th f July

"We stayed at this beautiful loft over the 4th of July Holiday. The decor and furnishings were such a treat. As a decorator, I enjoyed "living with art" which was comprised of the owner's work displayed throughout. The kitchen is on the floor above the living area and provides plenty of room to cook, eat and enjoy. Bedrooms were well appointed and spacious as well. Parking in the parking garage was close and easily accessible from the second entrance to the loft. We were able to park and walk to everything downtown which is a plus when staying in an urban area. The owner sent a list of restaurants prior to our visit with a personal review which was very helpful. Instructions and security were very clear and well thought out. I highly recommend this property."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our 60th anniversary/family reunion week at Winters Haven. It is a delightful destination--in the woods near the Blue Ridge Parkway for hiking, and close to Asheville for fun and excitement. The house was lovely; it was clean, well appointed, and equipped to handle a large group. The decks were a great gathering place for dinners. Yonder's customer service was exceptional; they were easy to work with and quick to respond. Keep in mind the lower terrace is actually a basement. Be aware there is no secondary egress from the two bedrooms on this level. Thank you, Yonder, for a wonderful week."

  • Perfect Biltmore/Asheville House!

"I would highly recommend staying here for any Asheville/Biltmore trip. We were a group of 6 in the area for a wedding at the Biltmore. Not only was the house immaculate, nicely decorated and close to the Biltmore and downtown (less than 2 miles to each or a $5 uber ride) but there was plenty of space, a well stocked kitchen, and porch for relaxing with a glass (or 2) of wine. There is also lots of parking and the owners live next door should any issues come up. You should definitely rent this house!"

  • Very nice - family enjoyed it.

"The house and property were as described in the ad. House is cozy and comfortable with a large collection of interesting books. There was a large yard area that my kids (12, 11 and 8) enjoyed playing in and interacting with the herd of cows on the other side of the fence. Upstairs sleeping areas very good for kids. Felt the price was reasonable. Only real downside is that you are not in a "mountain" area - think more rolling farmland. However we knew that going in. Though there might be more places to explore on the property given its size but that was not a big deal - we would rather hike mountain trails. Owners very easy to work with and have several laminated info sheets that were useful."
