  • Perfect Retreat

"This quaint cabin is twice the size of a tiny house and suits 2 people nicely. TLC is an easy drive to the Biltmore and is situated up on a hill so from the back porch there is a nice view. We spent evenings on the porch relaxing on the nice rocking chairs. The interior is knotty pine with beamed ceiling so it's a warm and inviting place. Kitchen well stocked. Roberta is fantastic to work with and we would not hesitate to rent this place again."

  • Wonderful Place

"This house is so beautiful, yet very comfortable and has everything you would need for a wonderful stay. It is easy to walk to everything in downtown Asheville. I only wish we had stayed longer and enjoyed the front porch!! I would rent this house again!!"

  • Fun Family Getaway

"We had a great trip to Asheville and loved staying at this converted barn. It's off the beaten path, but still an easy 15-20 minute trip into town. The kids loved exploring the property and talking to the horses and dog. If we had stayed a few more days we would have used the firepit and hot tub more. The bedrooms and bathrooms are small but comfortable, there is plenty of room to spread out in the living room and game room. The owner was quick to answer our questions and made sure we had what we needed. We will certainly consider staying here again if we return to town."

  • Property was in great location away from the hustle and bustle of traffic and city noise.

"House was as advertised and has been kept up in good shape. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. We had a party of four couples who have known each other for almost fifty years and we had a great, relaxing time. We never turned on a TV and spent a good deal of time in the living room and out on the large back deck. Location of the property is perfect if you want to be close to civilization but not too far from restaurants and downtown Asheville. Road to the property was rather steep and gravelly. Not recommended for stay if snow is in the forecast."
