  • Absolutely AMAZING😁😁😁

"The stay was absolutely AMAZING! We didn't want to leave! We first got there late at night and the owner was very acceptingg of that.. Also she kept the lights on for us..It was very easy access into the house with the code of course.. But it was as if we stepped into the back woodsmen magazine! It was beautiful! Everything was well stocked and we got FRESH FREE farm eggs they were absolutely delicious!.. Then we got into the hot tub the hot tub was to die for it was perfectly warmed and ready for us to get in! After the hot tubs we found wonderful fluffy robes to put on and just sit back and relax. Each day/night we spent was magical.. The bed was so fluffy and soft we had a great sleep.. There was one night that we had trouble with the blue ray and I called the owner and it was like 830-9pm and she immediately answered the phone and did some troubleshooting with us without any hesitation! She was the best! I would recommend this stay to anyone it was so peaceful and relaxing we will DEFINITELY be back and at the same cabin! This is a MUST do!"

  • Very nice - family enjoyed it.

"The house and property were as described in the ad. House is cozy and comfortable with a large collection of interesting books. There was a large yard area that my kids (12, 11 and 8) enjoyed playing in and interacting with the herd of cows on the other side of the fence. Upstairs sleeping areas very good for kids. Felt the price was reasonable. Only real downside is that you are not in a "mountain" area - think more rolling farmland. However we knew that going in. Though there might be more places to explore on the property given its size but that was not a big deal - we would rather hike mountain trails. Owners very easy to work with and have several laminated info sheets that were useful."

  • Peace and Quiet

"Cozy cottage with everything we needed, tucked into the trees in a quiet residential neighborhood. Homey decorations and a nice deck bring instant relaxation. There's even a gate (in the closet) to close off the deck so little ones (kids, canines) can stay safe. There's a designated parking spot on the cul-de-sac so our car was out of harm's way. Nice neighborhood for walking our dog and downtown is just a few minutes drive away. The mattress is new and very plush foam. SO comfy!! We'll definitely come back!! The owners are friendly but not intrusive so you have lots of privacy, and they have a sweet friendly dog. We had no problems at all. Our little dog stayed with us and enjoyed the deck (with safety gate). There was room for her play pen in the living room so we could keep her safe (bad back, can't let her jump on furniture) while we were out. one morning a squirrel stopped by to drink from a water garden on the deck and many birds sang to us from the hemlocks. There is a flight of stairs to get to the cottage on the second floor so this place wouldn't work for anyone who can't get up a flight of stairs, but is great for anyone without mobility issues."
