  • Unexpected Delight/Magical

"My daughter and I booked this home to visit my son who lives near the Asheville area. What a surprise to view the home as you drive up to it. We thought we had died and gone to Heaven. It is truly a magical place. We spent our mornings and evenings on the spacious front porch just enjoying the quietness and view. The house is well equipped for all your cooking needs but we spent many a night enjoying the wonderful restaurants in Asheville (Tupelo Honey, Cucina 24 and the Grove Park Inn). The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. The location was perfect for us because you could easily get onto the Blue Ridge Parkway or the freeway to take you to downtown Asheville (10-15 minute drive). This will always be our first choice to stay while in Asheville. Not only did we see a bear when we got onto the Parkway but our last morning at the house, we saw a white squirrel. We Texans thought it was magical."

  • Relaxing and convenient

"Thank you for a wonderful week's accommodations! My husband, (4-yr old) daughter, and I had a lovely stay. The cottage is adorable and just what we were looking for to get away from our busy lives. The hot tub was enjoyable and the location was great for trips into Asheville and local hikes around Black Mountain. I particularly enjoyed getting out for some since bike rides - the scenery is beautiful! Thanks again!"

  • Great place, great location

"Every year my sister and I try to get together. This year we chose the Asheville area because their was an exhibition at the Biltmore that we felt our girls would enjoy. They came from Michigan and we came from came from Atlanta. It was difficult to find somewhere that would accomodate 6 (ages 12 to 62) and was affordable. This property was our answer. What a great space with SO much was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need. And the space....indoor and out...we loved the privacy of the hot tub! The hosts were awesome. We had to call about the internet, and they offered to have someone come out! Turned out it was just an unplugged cable. It's a great place at a great price....definite stay again location for us!"

  • Lovely mountain and city vacation cottage.

"This cozy cottage suited our family just perfectly. So much so that we even extended our stay for one more night. We drove to downtown every day (10 minutes) or went on a glorious hike up the mountain (30 min drive)."
