  • Family reunion

"We gathered our family at this home for a family reunion for 4 night/3 days in early October. The house was everything the pictures indicated it would be. Big rooms, comfortable beds, beautiful kitchen, fabulous deck with spectacular views, and much more. Several of the guests used the office, the children loved the playground and we all agreed that the big round table off the kitchen was our favorite spot. We had plenty of parking. The road to the top of the mountain was deeply rutted and treacherous at night. Even though we had been warned about the drive up, it was still quite shocking to actually drive it. I am grateful to Laban for so quickly responding to my frequent questions before we arrived. He made the whole rental process easy and comfortable. I would recommend this property to others."

  • Girls Weekend

"My girlfriends and I had a wonderful time last weekend at Mountain Laurel Lookout. The photos don't do the cabin and it's amazing views justice! There was plenty of room for 7 girls to get ready and sleep comfortably. We spent our evenings sipping wine while watching the sunset and our mornings drinking coffee on the porch just taking in the view. The owners were responsive and I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking to get away to the mountains for a long weekend. We will definitely be back!"

  • Perfect location!

"Great place for a girls' weekend! Close enough to Asheville to quickly get to downtown but nice and quiet. Plenty of space for 10 of us! Owner was attentive and very communicative."

  • Comfy 1 BR condo in downtown Asheville

"We stayed 4 days in Loft 202 and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The unit is within easy walking distance of all of the downtown restaurants and shops and has a well appointed kitchen area. We particularly enjoyed the large deck/balcony. It does not have a great view but it is outside in the fresh air and is a great place for afternoon happy hour! I do not recommend parking in the Presbyterian lot. It is $12/day and you cannot pay for more that one day at a time unless you want to get ticketed as we did. You may want to try the Aloft parking garage. This is the second time in this unit and we will definitely come back."
