  • A Thanksgiving Trip to remember shared with family

"My family and I just returned from a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday trip staying at this lovely home nested in the mountains of North Carolina. We had a great time! The house was very clean, comfortable, and convenient to all the places we wanted to go in Asheville. Marilyn has been great to work with. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your wonderful cabin and explore the sights of Asheville and the surrounding area. The house is so beautifully decorated. We would love to come back one day and stay at this home. The views going into Asheville from the mountain side was breathtaking. My family and I made lots of pictures and memories during our trip. • Second Time At This Wonderful Place, And We'll Be Back Again Next Summer!!!

"We had the privilege of staying at this house the start of this past summer, and stayed there again the first week in November. The location is perfect for our needs. You're only a few miles from downtown Asheville, and Uber drives can pick you up/drop you off for $6-8 anywhere downtown. This was a great option for us if we wanted to have a drink or two with dinner. Head down the main road the other way (Town Mountain), and you're only minutes away from the Blue Ridge Parkway. There is so much to do in the area with this location that we didn't really duplicate anything we did during our last stay (week both times). In fact, we're already planning on going back in June to knock more off our list. The house itself was just as great as it was during our last stay. It is a perfect little getaway home, and you can easily fit 4-5 people in the home without issue. My in-laws stayed with us three of the nights, and we never felt like we were tripping over each other. The owner was once again amazing and responsive if we needed him. Like I said, we'll be back!"

  • Perfect!

"Robin's Nest was an adorable little cabin with amazing charm! It was the perfect size for two people, clean as a whistle and right in the heart of everything without all the noise! We were up for a wedding this weekend and this was such a great place to come after an amazing wedding! Mary was super nice and so helpful! I will definitely be making plans to stay here again! Thank you Mary for the wonderful accommodations and hospitality!"

  • Girls Weekend

"My girlfriends and I had a wonderful time last weekend at Mountain Laurel Lookout. The photos don't do the cabin and it's amazing views justice! There was plenty of room for 7 girls to get ready and sleep comfortably. We spent our evenings sipping wine while watching the sunset and our mornings drinking coffee on the porch just taking in the view. The owners were responsive and I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking to get away to the mountains for a long weekend. We will definitely be back!"
