  • House was perfect for our month's stay in Asheville.

"The location was convenient to everything - downtown Asheville, the River Arts District, Botanical Gardens, interstates, West Asheville. The house suited our needs - roomy enough for a month's stay, adequately & comfortably furnished, nice fenced yard for the dog, and we all loved the covered deck for breakfasts, reading, painting, relaxing. Montford's 3 restaurants (Tod's Tasties, Nine Mile and Chiesa) were all good. The owner/host was very accomodating and easy to communicate with. All in all, it was a great month! We'd love to stay here again next year!"

  • Perfect base for exploring Asheville!

"This is a fantastic house that offers the perfect place from which to enjoy the mountains, explore downtown Asheville, or a blend of both. Location: The house is perfectly situated - a 5 minute drive or Uber to the heart of downtown, but nestled in a secluded spot with great mountain views and serenity. A perfect combination. House: Well appointed, plenty of space and great layout for multiple couples. Plenty of bathrooms, well stocked and functional kitchen, comfortable living room. Amenities: Here the house really shines. We really enjoyed the deck and firepit, which were well furnished and incredibly comfortable. The hot tub is practically brand new, and is really well set-up (just bring flip flops for the walk on the path to the tub). The house also features a great surround sound stereo system with record player and USB hookup, brand new 50" flatscreen in Living Room and 40" flatscreen in the master. Easily the best A/V equipment I've encountered at a rental home. Makes for a very nice touch. Owner: Monica is probably the nicest, most responsive VRBO owner I've dealt with to date. She went out of her way to make sure I had the information I needed at all times, and the care she's put into making the house an enjoyable destination really shine through. Overall: Our group couldn't have asked for a better combination of location, amenities and overall quality for our trip. I highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable, comfortable and stylish place for an Asheville getaway."

  • Beautiful cabin, close to Asheville and Biltmore

"This is a great place to stay if you are visiting the Biltmore or want to spend some time in downtown Asheville. It is also close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and plenty of hiking. We really enjoyed everything about this rental. It was perfect for our girl's weekend. We enjoyed feeding apples to the horses that live on the property, playing games in the living room by the fireplace in the evenings, and the view of the little pond! It is wonderfully secluded, but not far from restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We definitely will keep this home in mind for future visits to Asheville!"
