The open floor plan of the living area makes it easy for groups to spend quality time together. Kick back on the comfy couches and watch a favorite movie or the big game in the airy great room. The kitchen is open to the living area and boasts all the comforts of home and more. Granite countertops, a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and all the plates, pots and pans, and cutlery you need are right here, along with seating for 4 at the oversized island. Easily serve group dinners at the beachy-yet-elegant dining set with seating for 6.

Front-and-back, Rosie by the Sea is easy on the eyes and endowed with plenty of comforts to make your stay a memorable one.
Unwind on the breezy screened-in porch, perfect for keeping bugs out while letting the outside in. The quaint front and backyards are beautifully landscaped and offer plenty of greenery. The home also has a convenient outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand after a long day at the beach.

Beautiful for a family trip!

We absolutely loved our stay in this area! It was the perfect balance..close to all the excitement, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with easy beach access. The house itself was amazing: spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kiddos especially loved the game room—it was a big hit! We enjoyed it so much, we’re already talking about making this our yearly getaway.

We had the best week. Easy 5 min walk to the beach, away from the hustle and bustle of the Panama City beaches which was relaxing. We were fortunate enough to get an early check-in which was greatly appreciated.

This home was super cute and only a quick 2 block walk from the beach! It’s much larger than it appears on the photos and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for your stay. I would definitely book again!

Last of summer getaway

This property was absolutely amazing! It is in a quiet little neighborhood with a cool ocean breeze, quick 3 minute walk to the beach with plenty of access. The kids loved the game room and having a space that they could go and play. And Panama city is a real fun, beautiful place. We will definitely be back!

Freezer wouldn’t make ice, dryer wouldn’t dry clothes, a/c stopped working and shower head in master bath shot off the wall… but they came out and fixed everything right away. The house was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. The kids enjoyed the game room.

Awesome house!

We had a great time in this awesome home! It was very clean, had a great open layout and a nice screened in porch. We slept 8 comfortably but needed a little more sitting space in the living room for all 8 to be comfy. We will definitely stay here again!

Good Location

It was a great location. It was a spacious house with nice size bedrooms and living area. I would recommend an upgrade on the king size bed both mattress and linens. I also would say the kitchen needs to be a little more equipped for basic cooking- including larger coffee cups. Overall it was fine for what we needed but not many extras.

Great stay!

House was just as pictured and very spacious. Loved the back porch! I felt the kitchen and the living area floors could have been cleaner. There were several sticky spots, but other than that house was very clean. Location was perfect for us.
