Come and stay at my beach house! The place has a magnificent location that is very close to the beach with easy beach access! I also provide free kayaks and paddle boards so you can enjoy the beach. Pet friendly (w/ approval). Fully fenced in backyard!

"Shore Beats Work" offers three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate 8. This spacious and phenomenal property includes a tranquil Master Suite (King bed), walk-in closet, and spacious master bathroom. This home also features two large additional bedrooms (one has a King Bed and the other has 2 Queen beds). The home is newly renovated and features an open and airy floor plan.

Come enjoy the pristine white sand beaches of Laguna Beach! You can sit back and savor the fresh air rolling in from the Gulf of Mexico in this large home 2 houses away from direct beach access.

All three bedrooms are spacious and welcoming. Each bedroom has a large flat screen tv mounted on the wall.

Located in a wonderful family friendly neighborhood with plenty of attractions nearby, like Pier Park, 30a, snorkeling, charter fishing, shopping and more!

- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking

- Deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date

- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date

- CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM AND CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM

Our home is SMOKEFREE, WELL BEHAVED PETS ALLOWED (owners permission required) and we do have an Age Restriction.

This beach house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving! We had plenty of space to cook, eat, sleep, play games and watch football! Joe communicated very well prior to our arrival. The kitchen is well stocked to cook. Having the laundry off the kitchen with space to put a table to hold all of our groceries was perfect! Having a Keurig and drip coffee maker were great. The close access to the beach was wonderful for beach walks and catching the sunset.

Xmas in Panama Beach

My fiancé and I spent our Christmas with my family at this nice little house in laguna beach, Panama City. It was almost right on the beach, easily walkable. Lots of fun activities around the corner, my family and I had a great time!

Great place, close to the beach!

This house is in a quiet neighborhood and is very clean and spacious. Joe was very nice and quick to respond. Only a 1 minute maybe less walk to the sand. Overall a great place to stay !!

Fun in the sun

Was everything that we hoped for. The house was very clean and inviting. Was better in person than the pictures portrayed. The short walk to the beach access was as advertised. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect beach home

Clean, simple, beach home. Has kayaks, paddle boards, chairs, bikes! Pet friendly! Owner is great. Will definitely stay again. Needs more cooking pans/pots, cutting boards, oven baking cookie pans and utensils. Other than that, it's just a quick walk to the beach!

Family vaca!

Great property with the most amazing location. A quick walk out the driveway and across the street and we were on the sand! Everything we needed was there and furniture and beds were comfy! Big fenced backyard for the fur kids! Joe was very accommodating and is a great communicator! Will definitely be back!

Perfect Place

We have stayed at many homes over the last 15 years and for the first time my adult and teen kids asked that we PLEASE stay here in the future. Picture don’t do this place justice. So close to the beach! Joe was amazing and very responsive. I can’t wait for our next visit here.

Clean and So Close to the Beach!

The home was very clean when we arrived and we enjoyed the proximity to the beach. Joe is very easy to communicate with and is eager to make the stay enjoyable. I would choose to rent this house again. Traveler tip: Beach access 80 is the closest to the house but it has lots of steps. If you have a beach cart or anything that rolls, go another block west to beach access 81 at Wisteria Street.

Best of the Best!!!

This home could not have been better if I had put it there myself! Joe is awesome I’ve already made arrangements for next year!! The location was by far the best part. Pictures don’t do it justice!!!!

Very nice place

This was a very good location - only one short block to the beach. Owners generously provided vacation items for guest use, fenced yard was perfect for a dog, and house was spacious and very nicely remodeled. The owners were responsive and easy to work with. The only thing preventing 5 stars was the surprising paucity of basic kitchen supplies (like potholders, a single baking dish, no countertop cleaner, etc), but we were a family of five and were able to figure it out. Additionally, the owners requested a list of suggested items and seemed genuinely willing to supplement the items. Beautiful beach and not overly commercial area.

Nice, relaxing vacation

Joe's house was so cute. We had 2 parents and 4 kids 18-21 years old. Everyone had enough space- double sinks in the guest bath were awesome. Also queen beds were great - hard to find larger than a twin these days. (Master had an awesome king bed). Loved the huge kitchen table too. He also had 2 kayaks and 2 canoes - that was fun! Beach was never crowded and we had sun for 7 days straight! I would rent again. Thanks Joe!

Beautiful house in great location

I stayed here with my family and the house is in great shape and is nicely updated. It's super close to the beach which was never crowded during our stay in the beginning of August. Only complaints I would have is that the cable provided wasn't really cable. I only saw 3 channels. We were able to watch netflix on the tv however, the internet was extremely slow and watching netflix would have to buffer every 30 seconds. I didn't have a huge issue with this since we were on the beach! But when it rained it was hard to find anything to do inside because of the limited internet and cable. The paddle boards and kayaks included are a plus and the backyard was great for my dogs. Lovely house.

Very comfortable and close to the beach

Home was very comfortable and beach within 100 yards of the property. Joe made some restaurant recommendations in the area and he knew what he was tAlking about. We ate in a few nights and plenty of cookware and dishes available. The only improvement would be to add some glassware.

Amazing!

First off, Joe is super sweet and so helpful. He seems to truly want his guests to have the best time possible. He responds so quickly and with true concern for what’s in question. That was a huge plus. Second, the location can’t be beat. Basically right across from the beach, just have to turn the corner pretty much. SO close to the beach. We had no problems carrying stuff back and forth. That’s always a big deal for us. Third, the house was very cute with plenty enough room for our family of 6, which consisted of my husband and our 20 and almost 13 year old daughters, my mom and dad, and our fur baby Nala. She really enjoyed the fenced in backyard every day. Everything was great for our stay, and what problems we encountered were quickly and efficiently taken care of by Joe. I would definitely recommend this place to others and hope we get the opportunity to stay here again in the future.

Great location and back yard

We loved staying at Shore Beats Work. The location is a very short walk to the beach and is very quiet. The backyard is completely fenced in and we loved having our fur baby Marley with us. The house has a great floor plan and is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has lots of seating, a large dining room table plus a breakfast bar with bar stools. We would love to stay here again !

Great property!

Enjoyed our stay in this house which looks like it has been newly updated. Extremely clean and equipped with everything you would possibly need. Our dog appreciated the fenced in back yard. Excellent communication with Joseph the owner who gave some very good recommendations for restaurants. Also felt very safe during our neighborhood walks, an interesting neighborhood in transition. Enjoyed our stay.
