A small comfortable cottage centrally located in the U.P. surrounded by lake Michigan's Little Bay De Noc on one side and the Hiawatha National Forest on the other.

This peaceful, newly remodeled 2-bedroom cottage sleeps 4 comfortably with room for 5th on the couch.

Come relax and explore all the U.P. has to offer. This clean, cozy 2-bedroom cottage offers a retreat for a family or group of friends.

Nearby you will find beaches, State Parks, Kitch-itikipi (Big Springs), boat launches, fishing, Pictured Rocks (Munising), Marquette, Escanaba, Fall Color Tours, Monarch migration (August-October)

The Space
This cottage is centrally located with easy access to many U.P. destinations. Little Bay de Noc is just a walk down the trail attached to the yard! Two miles down the road you will find a boat launch and beach. Snowmobile/ORV trails across the road for easy on and off access.

Great trip!

Awesome location for us! Close enough to Escanaba for the fair and our excursions to places like The Painted Rocks. It was clean and perfect size for 2 couples.

Relaxing Weekend

This cabin was gorgeous all around. The property is very private and remote, we even saw a small herd of deer. We had a very nice time when we rented this location.

Clean and cozy cottage

My partner and I greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. The cottage was cozy, clean and well stocked with all the essentials. It is in a good location for exploring nearby sites and taking in the beauty of the UP. Would recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a nice getaway!

Fall Getaway

We had a wonderful time! Explored Escanaba and Manistique and surroundings areas. The property was awesome. Very clean and comfortable. We so enjoyed the fire pit! Would totally recommend ans would stay again.

Great Cabin Experience

Had excellent time at the cabin. Great location off the water. Cabin is very nice and cozy. TVs in every room nice big couch for hanging out and playing cards. Great fire pit for a bonfire and lots of wood to burn. Highly recommended I would go back in a heartbeat.

Had a really good time

Cute Cottage

We had a great time at the cottage. It is very clean and comfortable. Didn't get a chance to use the BBQ or fire pit due to rain. Went to Fayette State Park to see the old town. It was very interesting. We would stay again at the cute cottage.

Country Gem

It was very nice to arrive, and have such a clean, well stocked, kitchen, and comforts of home. We were so busy we couldn't take advantage of all this property had to offer, but we enjoyed a quiet walk in the woods to the fishing pier, and relaxed with the TV one evening. We were with family, and did a lot of other sightseeing in the area.

25th anniversary get away

The cottage was very cute and really clean. This was actually the cleanest place I ever stay at. We prepared most of our meals at the cottage. We enjoyed the outdoor areas as the weather was perfect during our stay. They had a nice fire pit and supplied wood for a fire. There was also a nice patio set near the entrance of the cottage where we played cards. The host Rebecca was very responsive when I had a question. Highly recommend this cottage!

Very nice place! It is quite peaceful there. Rachael was very easy to communicate with. When I contacted her to let her know we would be arriving late, she responded right away and went over to the cabin to put a couple lights on for us. 😊

This cabin was absolutely beautiful. My husband and I came up from Delavan WI to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. The host was great and communicated with us in a very quick manner. The cabin itself was wonderful. Very clean and homey. Only downfall is no internet connection available. But honestly - it helped us to disconnect from the world. So it wasn’t terrible to not have. Thank you to the host for this amazing place

Great stay in Rapid River

The place was clean and fully equipped. The grill was new and clean. The fire pit was great. The host provided dry wood. A few disclaimers for the fellow traveler: Google Maps could not find this address. Make sure you follow the address the host DMs you. We did all our own cooking in-house. The China the host provides cannot go on the microwave. (If your a T Swift fan,) Sparks will fly literally. Over all great stay. Would go again.

Good friends meet half way

Cozy cottage, fall setting with lots of color, large couch seating area in front of fireplace for relaxing and catching up on our busy lives. lots of cards and laughs. Took turns making breakfasts and snacks, local restaurants for evening dinner. all good
