THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival at the guard station: $65 cash or credit card (May 1st- Oct. 31st ) It includes 1 parking space in a covered garage. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee, except for July 3-5th.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping condominium complex and is prohibited in the condo, on the balcony as well as all public areas.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* A Linens & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels.
* This condo is on the 8th floor. Sea Watch is an elevator building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 115th street.
* The indoor pool is open April 1st- Nov. 30th. (Days and hours vary by month) The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. (We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
