This beautiful 2 BA 2 BR unit is ready to make your vacation a trip to remember. The living room area features nice furnishings, a huge flat screen TV and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen has granite countertops, newer cabinetry along with a stainless-steel refrigerator, microwave and oven. The dining room furnishings offers a great place for the family to gather for meals and offers amazing views as you enjoy your culinary creations. The main bedroom has a king size bed and a desk for those of you that may need to work. The second bedroom has two full size beds. Both bedrooms have TV's. The bathrooms have both have showers. There is a washer/dryer for guest use and free WiFi. The balcony offers amazing views of both the bay and the ocean and is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax after your fun filled day at the beach!

Located on 110th street at the Capri, this building has wonderful amenities to help make your stay even more enjoyable. You will have access to a lighted indoor pool (open year-round), exercise room, sauna, outdoor tennis/ pickleball court, indoor basketball court and even a game room! The building is convenient to many great restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, movies, and other fun activities.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. Individuals or groups must all be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* This condo is on the 18th floor. Capri is an elevator building.
* The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 110th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes Toilet Paper and 1 roll of Paper Towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Stunning views and comfortable stay

The property is clean and comfortable with stunning views. The building has a indoor pool, basketball, tennis, gym and a sauna. Loved it!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First shower we both took was cold toilet would not fill up unless the sink was on received help was a valve under bathroom sink rest of the showers one of us near the end water got cold the carpet was stained up the living room sofa needs to be trashed both bedroom tvs our out dated vacuum smelled like the belt was burning up when I used it don't get me wrong the room is beautiful the owner needs to stop being cheap replace the bedroom tvs shampoo or replace the carpet and have someone go through and make sure it's ready to be stayed in before the guest arrival and I would recommend this to someone else as long as everything i mentioned gets addressed

Family friendly beach getaway

First time in Ocean City. Good location, amenities (pool, arcade, pickleball court) in addition to beach access made it easy to stay busy with young child. Felt safe with security and building was generally quiet. Comfortable beds and cute beach decor.

Great location that met the needs for the family

Property was nice and a perfect size for the family. Nice indoor pool and there is always something nice to say about fast responsive elevators. Great view and I would happily return.

September Getaway

Location was awesome! Views of both ocean and bay from balcony! Unit was extremely well kept and very clean upon arrival. Only issue was bed in master bedroom was little to high for elderly father to get in safely

Excellent location

Everything was as advertised. Condo was clean,easy check in,had everything we needed. Easy access to beach,the pool was large,it even had a lifeguard on duty. Plenty of things to do at the condo,or down the street. Far enough from the craziness of the boardwalk,but close enough to go there whenever you wanted. Overall, just a great experience,will book there again,when we go back!

The property was dirty, that carpet was stained everywhere, the dishes were put away with old food on them, there was no extra trash bags and the condo had an odor. It doesn’t seem like it was cleaned before our arrival. For the cost I would pick somewhere else to stay next time. Plus parking was awful with 2 cars. Only one spot per unit (understandable) but to park our additional car we had to park it blocks away they would not let us park in overflow, again kinda of a joke for the price. Best part was the view!
