Access from the property to hundreds of miles of Atv and snowmobile trails. The main two trails connected are Forest Riders and School Craft. Plenty of parking can accommodate multiple trucks and trailers. This property has a video/audio doorbell located at the front door. In addition, this property has a 24/7 surveillance system that includes security cameras on the front and back of the property. Cameras are active and recording. Signs are posted on the property.

Great property!

We had 7 adults all family and close friends that stayed for 3 nights. The property was excellent, well stocked and accurate. It was in a great location and had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great place for riding Side by Sides and snowmobiles.

Great place to stay if your wanting to enjoy the trails. Parking for large trailers is very easy. Location to trails is great and the property is clean, quiet and has all the amenities you need to enjoy your time.

Great Getaway

Great place to get away and unwind. The place was so clean/ new feel to everything and well stocked with anything u would need. Quiet and easy to get to and close to trails for our UTV getaway. So much room for family I intend to return w grandkids/family next time around.

Wonderful northern MN vacation home!

We had such a great time staying at this property! It was an ideal location for our group of 4 to stay and ride the local ATV trails. There was plenty of parking space for our vehicles & trailers. The home is just as nice in person as it looks in the pictures! Cassie and Randy were awesome to work with and I would highly recommend renting their home if you are looking for a place to stay in the Lake George area!

Long Weekend

Great venue to spend with family including parents in their 90s. Very comfortable and well-equipped to accommodate 7 of us. Hosts Cassie and Randy provided lots of helpful information on local activities and trails as well as plenty of options for activity in case the weather was bad and we had to stay inside. Hosts were very responsive to questions and were very helpful. Would stay there again.

Every summer my husband and I book a cabin to spend time with our college aged children before the start of the school year and we think we found our go to place! We loved everything about it! It was nicely stocked, private, had many options for indoor activities (game room, board games, etc.), a fenced in patio area that our beloved pooch took full advantage of, lots of outdoor sitting options, and the location to places like Lake Itasca and Bemidji was perfect! We had such a great time, it went way too fast! Definitely hoping to return next year!

Beautiful Hideaway

I rented this home for my son and his family. Also, to use as a family gathering for Christmas. It suited our needs perfectly. The owners were so thoughtful and accommodating to our needs. We felt out in the country, but we were just one mile from Lake George were there is a convenience store and liquor store. For restaurants we highly recommend the WoodShed in Laporte and Knob and Kettle. We will definitely rent this house again! The teens loved the foosball and pool tables. There are so many trails for snowmobiling in winter and Lake Paine Park with a playground and nice beach just 1 mile away in the summer! Overall great experience.

We are a loving family of four that can never get enough time with our kids. We just added two dogs; one is a toy poodle, and the other is a English Springer Spaniel. We love being outside around campfires enjoying smores after long days running around the area doing new things.

Why they chose this property

We had been looking for property to escape from the lake life we had lived for several years that was too busy and noisy at times. We spent several hours in the area to ensure it was a peaceful property with enough entertainment to entertain our family. This property is a perfect choice and has everything from Itasca, shopping, summer events, winter events, sightseeing, biking, boating, fishing, hiking, snowshoeing, and access to hundreds of miles of snowmobile / ATV trails and many lakes, all a short distance away. I'm an avid Walleye fisherman and enjoy the option of many different lakes within 30 miles.
