Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all dirty towels in the bottom of the tub/shower
Put trash in outside bin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
You must be 21 and over to book this house. SMOKING: Smoking and Vape is not allowed in the house. Outdoor only certain area.
Pool heating additional charge It can take about 6-8 hours to get warm Pool heating will go up to 85° maximum No charge for spa heating.
There are 2 outside cameras on the property one in the front and one in the backyard for security.

Our family enjoyed spending Thanksgiving here. You don't need to leave the property with the pool and hot tub. Beautiful home, very clean, owners communicated well when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Really no negative thing to say about the house. Slept 12 comfortably, pool and hot tub were spot on, grill was super nice, clean, full amenities, l large and spacious, easy process, Greg super attentive and friendly. Really wonderful place I highly recommend!

Came to Palm Springs for cheer competition. Getting a house with other cheer teammates made it super affordable and a great time. House was great and owner was great with communicating. Definitely will stay again if ever coming back for a cheer competition.

The property is really nice, the 4 bedrooms were perfect for our party. Everyone loved the cleanliness of the pool and the spa. Communication with the owner/manager was excellent! I usually ask all my questions prior to my stay at any property to prevent communication during our weekends, this time unfortunately there was an outage with the WiFi due to the internet provider and not the fault of the owner/manager. Due to this incident, we had to communicate a lot with the owner/manager, Through every call and every text, Greg was very quick to reply, more than kind, and always with a great attitude responding. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be considering this home in the near future. Highly recommended!

Overall great place!

Super convenient location as we went to watch the Mary Nutter Softball tournament, golf, hike & sight see. Communication was excellent prior & throughout trip. It was a gals trips w/sisters & friends. Pool & hot tub were wonderful, although a bit expensive especially as you had to heat one or the other. Lots of plusses; pool. fuzzball & poker table in garage and a TV (music stations). The Fire table in the back by the pool was great! The view was actually outstanding & we enjoyed the variety of outdoor sitting areas. Kitchen was very well stocked & had everything we needed. All persons in party said the beds were comfortable. (maybe the pillows in kids bunk room could use upgrade)

Great Hime. Family Friendly

This house is so nice and super family friendly. We had 5 kids in our group and they had so much fun in the backyard, pool, and game room. The rooms are also really nice, with comfortable beds and big TVs in each one. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. You can tell the owners and property managers put in a lot of thoughtfulness and care into the amenities. We stayed in the home for three days and two nights. On the first night, we had a maintenance issue (not the owner’s fault, it was just one of those things) The host responded immediately, even tho it was after hours. They sent someone out to take care of it and they were there in 15 mins. Keep in mind this was at 11:00pm, so I really wasn’t expecting them to send someone out right away. I was very impressed by the host’s responsiveness, and they were so helpful, courteous, and apologetic for the interruption of our trip. They handled the situation so professionally and really went above and beyond. Their quick action really saved the day and made it so we could relax and enjoy the rest of our stay without any further disruptions. 10/10 would stay here again.
