Julie was very accommodating and easy to interact with. I received well organized instructions that made the stay very pleasant. All in all our group had a great time and the house itself is spacious and very cozy. Would come back! Thank you Julie!

Bachelor Party in the Desert

Perfect spot for a bachelor/bachelorette party if you want to visit the amazing sites around. City itself is very welcoming & this cozy nook is actually quite spacious for big groups. Would stay here again!

large family holiday

We stayed over the holidays with 3 generations of family. It was an excellent experience. The location worked perfectly for us. The access to hiking trails in the neighborhood was a huge bonus. Some of our family camped in Joshua and the house is close enough that they could come over hang out some, have dinner and get back to sleep at Joshua. The neighborhood is walkable and for those who are ambitious you can even safely walk downtown. I have stayed in VRBO that claimed to have a fully stocked kitchen and then struggled to prepare a meal for a group. Not the case here, the kitchen is truly fully stocked. We were able to easily prepare meals for a group. Check in and out was effortless.The host, Julie, made our trip seamless. She responded to questions I had about the area, made catering suggestions, and was super flexible with our travel plans. She really went the extra step. I can't say enough about how accommodating she was Highly recommend

Great location, easy check-in, check-out

The property is great for a larger group with multiple beds and rooms throughout. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The house was very clean, well-stocked with anything you would need, and the location was excellent. Close to amenities like grocery stores and dining, yet away from traffic and busy roads. The host communicated well with our group and the check-out process was very easy. Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again for future visits.

Great location, house and host!

The house is older but pretty well maintained. We have stayed as a golf group in a lot of homes over the years, but Julie's was the most trouble free by far and the best equipped. It was also the first time that we could just push a button and make the hot tub work!!!

Palm Springs Vacation

The pictures accurately reflects the home and it was clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. When we had a question regarding the pool and spa Julie quickly responded. Our stay was marred by a stranger opening the front door and stepping in uninvited. I let Julie know and she assured us he was harmless.

This property was amazing. Julie was fantastic, Communicated everything to perfection. I can't say enough about the property or the experience couldn't be happier. Julie made many accommodations to help out our group. I can't rate this property high enough! Couldn't have asked for a better experience

Cactus to Clouds stay

My group needed a home base for a cactus to clouds hiking base camp. This location was within 5 miles of the trailhead and had a functioning spa for post hike recovery. The home was well appointed and plenty of beds to cover the crew.

A great spot for a group!

We stayed here with a group of 8 girls, and had a great time! There was everything we could need in the kitchen. The pool was really nice, and we enjoyed lounging about throughout the day!

Wonderful quiet getaway

Perfect house for our yearly get together. Lots of room to spread out both inside and out. The pool and jacuzzi were lovely. Close to downtown Palm Springs and hiking trails. Julie was great to work with.

Nice house

5 star potential, but honestly we did not enjoy our stay here. We have stayed in Palm Springs a dozen times, we know about the city's strict noise ordinance, and have never had a problem. However, according to the owner there is a "PITA" neighbor, therefore during our stay our normal talking in the backyard was not allowed. The noise ordinance people came (presumably from the neighbor) and said our talking was fine and we were in compliance. The owner asked that we stay inside after 9:45 on Saturday night then later requested that if we were outside past 9:45 that we speak very softly. Unfortunately, with multiple texts about noise (talking) and cars in the driveway (6, as allowed) we never felt like we could just relax and enjoy the nice property.

Perfect for our family gathering

Araby Cove was perfect for our getaway. Plenty of space for kids, teens and adults. Close to hiking trails and a short drive to shops and downtown. The outdoor kitchen was a wonderful feature. Julie communicated well and responded quickly. All in all, a great experience.

Lovely house in the best neighborhood in Palm Springs

My family and I rented this house for spring break and it couldn’t have been better. Our kids played in the pool every chance they got and we were able to go hiking right from the house. The trails were beautiful and the neighborhood really is the best in all of Palm Springs. Nestled up against the foothills, it’s quiet and peaceful with amazing access to everything. Julie was excellent as a host and the house was the most well equipped of any we’ve ever stayed in. Pool toys for the kid, puzzles and games galore and an awesome kitchen where we cooked almost every meal. If we go back to plan springs we definitely know where we will be staying.

What a fun house!

We 7 ladies very much enjoyed our 4-night stay in this spacious, interestingly decorated, completely and nicely furnished, commodious home, which was in a lovely, quiet neighborhood.

Perfect for friends celebrating 50th birthdays

This property was perfect for our group of 8 friends, all celebrating our 50th this year. We each had our own bed and there were plenty of bathrooms within property. The outdoor kitchen was a fun bonus. The BEST part of this property is the location- it's 10 minutes from the airport (and you do not hear any airplane noise) and you can literally hike right from your doorstep. Julie was a very attentive property owner and got back to me right away with any questions- for example, the very important question of "where can I find the best public pickleball courts?" All in all, if you are a large family or group of friends, this property would be perfect for your PS getaway.
