Entire home, conveniently located 10 minute walk from world famous hot springs and 5 minute walk to restaurants and breweries. Breathtaking views of Mount Hayden, Box Canyon, and Yankee Boy basin can be seen from the elevated outdoor back deck and living room. Sounds of the river are just a stone throw away, providing a soothing backdrop for evening dinners, and morning coffee. The young-at-heart will enjoy the loft area, equipped with a tournament grade foosball table and bean bags. Views of the waterfall and amphitheater can be enjoyed from the front porch Adirondack chairs and chair-lift porch swing. Property includes an enclosed one-car garage with a height of 85 inches. Also, there’s room to park an RV in the driveway or a truck and trailer perpendicular to the garage door. Additional parking for long large vehicles with trailers can be utilized in front of the home on 2nd Street. This home is centrally located in the town of Ouray and hiking trailheads are only 5 to 15 minutes away depending on which adventure you choose. The Box Canyon, via Ferrata, and Ice Park trailheads are all 20 minutes walking distance from the home. Lightning fast fiber Internet along with Hulu+ Disney+ and ESPN+ are also standard entertainment inclusions. Large-screen TVs are located in the main living area and main bedroom. The main bedroom is on the main floor with an additional three bedrooms on the downstairs garage level. Gear storage lockers provided at lower garage side door entrance. The home is equipped to host eight people comfortably. Families are welcome.

We had a wonderful time with family and friends at this beautiful property. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the living area was perfectly cozy by the fireplace. The entire house allowed for amazing views of the surrounding landscape. Overall, the house was very clean and the entire check-in/out process was seamless. We had 3 generations with ages ranging from 17-65 in our group for spring break and thoroughly enjoyed this property. The house was spotless, gorgeous, and the layout was great for all 8 of us to spread out. We were impressed with how well-stocked the kitchen, pantry, laundry closet, and bathrooms were. We are proud to present this brand-new property (Summer 2022) for your group or family vacations. Ideally located in the heart of Ouray, the open living area and balcony provides fun for the whole group. Two full floors of living space with a loft and 1 car garage on a large lot offer room for everyone.

What makes this property unique

The primary suite is on the main floor with the three other bedrooms on the bottom floor. An additional gaming loft features a foosball table, oversized pillows for lounging and reading, and a view of the main floor living and kitchen areas. The large property has a fire pit and seating area for outdoor enjoyment just across from the city's fenced dog park where you can watch pets romp and play next to the river. Take a five to ten minute walk to the Ouray hot springs, browse main street shops and restaurants, or take a hike around the Ouray perimeter trail to see the sights.
