Just like the beaver, you work hard, but even the beaver sleeps. Enjoy the comforts of home at The Beaver Den after a long day at Lake Conroe, or stay and work from home. Built in 2022, it has all new amenities. Your family will be close to many restaurants and activities when you stay at this centrally-located home just minutes from Lake Conroe's Park fishing and swimming area. Margaritaville Resort is also pretty close. This is an up and coming community with a plethora of newly built homes replacing many mobile homes.

This quiet community is located off of 105 very close to Lake Conroe and the park area. It is rapidly changing and can be noted that there are a plethora of recently built new homes replacing many of the existing mobile homes. Walmart and many restaurants are also reasonably close.
Parking is limited to 2 spaces in front of the house.
There are only two parking spaces in front of the house. Parking on the grass is not permitted.
