Unit 201 Bel Sole is a beautiful corner second floor unit with two balconies overlooking little Lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico. With updated decor, this unit is sure to please.

The spacious master offers a king bed and a balcony facing south and large master bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and access to a balcony facing south and private bath. The third room offers Full over full bunk and twin bed. This unit has three spacious bathrooms and large laundry room. The living room and kitchen area have beautiful floor to ceiling views of Little Lagoon. This unit gives you the best of both worlds!

The property has much to offer, if you want the beach or the lagoon this property offers it all! After a day at the beach, you can enjoy fishing from the newly updated lighted pier. You can also take a swim in the heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, or outdoor hot tub. There is also a workout room for your enjoyment!

When you are ready for the beach, you can enjoy the deeded beach access with private boardwalk to bask in the sun! This is located just across the street from the property.

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a clean bed for your stay.

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or certified funds (cashier’s check, money order, or certified check). For stays under 14 days, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file.

Stays of 14 days or longer (including winter stays) must be paid in full 90 days prior to arrival. Payment by check is required to avoid a 3% credit/debit card processing fee. A 3% fee will apply to long-term stays paid by card.
