Property was very clean. Staff had the best attitude and were extremely helpful. Condo was very nice and clean. The only recommendation we have is to add some nicer patio furniture. That is where most people like to sit so my opinion would be for the furniture to be comfy. We will definitely be back!!

Quiet family fun

Loved the condo! It was not crowded and there was plenty of parking and area around pool. This is a family friendly place. They don’t want you to play music or be too loud so if you want to party the flora bama is walking distance!!

Amazing!

We had the best time at Bella Luna. This condo is perfect. We had amazing views of the sunset and the water. The indoor pool is so warm, zero chill factor just how we like it. We always felt very safe here, are a lot of security cameras around which I found comfort in. We fished off the piers and caught some fish as well as a stingray! We will definitely be back.

We loved this condo and location! Views of the intercoastal waterway and the ocean. Convenient and beautiful. We would definitely recommend and would stay at this location again. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Balcony was huge and we loved that. We spent a lot of time watching the boats and the activity around the marina, very nice. Three pools and a hot tub, which was a pleasant surprise. Condo was clean and roomy. Overall a very quiet place. We enjoyed it, thank you for allowing us to stay.

Bella Luna is a great property and we’ve stayed there many times, but this unit is in serious need of updating. The carpet and furniture is old and shabby and the decor is very outdated. The condo had a bad smell when we arrived and the floors were swept but apparently not mopped. (We all had “grocery store feet” after walking around barefoot.) There were no welcome supplies like a coffee pack, shampoo, or tissues, not even a hairdryer. This rental was absolutely not worth the price point - @1000 for two nights. We did appreciate the early check in though and the rental agency’s staff was friendly.

The tv remotes didn’t work. The pull out sofa bed had a sheet set but no other blanket nor comforter. There were no potholders for the kitchen.the kitchen had one dish cloth . The balcony furniture was sparse and didn’t even seat 8. There are other things but to be honest/ I just count this as a lesson learned and I’ll go back to the Phoenix rentals.

This seems to be a good place to stay. We had it booked for us and our friends from out of town. We were sent check in details the Tuesday before we had our check in the following Friday. TWO DAYS before check in, we got an email that they cancelled our reservation. How do we find a condo TWO DAYS before Memorial Day weekend with people flying in for this? Very poor management if you did not know sooner. We ended up staying way further out than we wanted and had to switch condos that were twenty minutes apart from eachother due to getting the last that was available for the weekend.

The property was well maintained, and had wonderful views, but.....

After we left the management company called to say we had broken a sliding glass door in the guest room. None of the people with me says the notices it, or did it. The company sent me pictures of the damage, saying they had taken pictures before our arrival, but never sent those. They ended up charging me an extra $300 It’s not the end of the world, and the location/amenities were great, but I would never book with them again. It was just not right how they went about things.
