This fresh, exceptionally spacious (sleeps 8), ski-in, ski-out, two-bedroom residence offers a family room with views of Strawberry Park, a sleeper sofa, a gourmet kitchen with premium appliances, and dining area. Additional features include two guest suites, each with an attached bathroom (one with a king size bed, the second with two queen beds), a private deck, washer/dryer and garage parking. This unit is conveniently located in Building 1, the closest to Beaver Creek Village allowing for easy walking into the village.



Guests will appreciate The Charter’s outstanding location and on-site amenities including: indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, a fitness facility, two restaurants, Charter Sports, a full-service ski, snowboard and bike shop, the game room and fire pit. Complimentary shuttle service to/from Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch is also available.

Very comfortable condo. High levels of cleanliness inside and throughout the property. The pool was a nice break for our kids from all the mountain activities.

Relaxing Christmas Ski Getaway

This was our 1st experience at Beaver Creek and The Charter did not disappoint! The property was very quiet, relaxing and meticulously kept. Really enjoyed the convenience of the complimentary shuttle to get around the area but also the short distance it was to walk to the Village from this unit. So many great things about this stay. Would definitely stay here again!
