This 1300 Square Foot private ranch home getaway sits on a spacious 5 acres for your roaming about and is just 35 min away from some of the best beaches in Rockport, Texas!

The Space: 1300 Square Foot Private Ranch House. 35 min from the best beaches in Rockport. .25 acres of fenced off property around house and 5 acres to explore yourself. Onsite washer and dryer. Onsite full size kitchen. Onsite grill for grill outs and cooking. Fire pit to start fires and cook outside.
The space
There is two rooms inside the main cabin one room having a queen size bed the other room having 4 bunk beds with all of the bunk beds being twin size. There is one restroom in the main cabin and one restroom in the side cabin. The side cabin has 6 bunk beds all being twin size as well and has a full bathroom and shower. The side cabin has a more rustic feel since this is an operating ranch, however there will be no one here when you stay. There is a main dining space which has a huge table for you and company to sit at and eat or enjoy your evening. There is also a full size kitchen with a stove and everything you need to cook perfect meals. There is a main living area with a huge couch for tons of sitting space. It also includes a huge 55 inch TV to watch your favorite shows on.

The whole 5 acres you will be staying on you will have access to feel free to roam the 5 acres. We ask you do not go past the barbed wire fence for that is not our property. Thank you

Work Crew Stay

This property is perfect for working crews in the Refugio area. We were able to park our equipment on site and felt comfortable with it there. The owners were extremely flexible with our group and our trip days. We really enjoyed the outdoor setting with the outside cooking options since everyone felt relaxed outside after work. The bunk houses for extra accommodations worked well for our time there. We definitely recommend staying here.
