Pelican Point is your home away from home. This 3 BR 2 BA villa is located on the canal with gulf access. With a master bedroom + ensuite, 2 additional bedrooms, and a 2nd full bathroom, our fully equipped home is the perfect choice for beachgoers, families and groups.

A short distance from the public beach at the nearby Yacht Club, Fort Myers Beach, and the shops and restaurants at Marina Village, you won't want to leave this little piece of heaven.

Everything about our stay was great! The house was clean and we felt really comfortable. Jodi was very pleasant and quick to respond to any questions we had. The outdoor kitchen and pool area was so nice! We loved being on the canal too. They had plenty of items to take to the beach and the house had many books, games and toys for the kids to play with. We all enjoyed our time there!

Kids enjoyed pool and accessories! It kept them entertained most of our stay! Communication with host was fast. Plenty of room and beds for all 14 of us. We would defiantly book this property again if we decided to make another Florida trip!

Great place for a family reunion!

The owners really did an amazing job adding special touches to make our stay comfortable. We had a great day on the boat, relaxing in the pool and reconnecting with family in this tranquil setting.

Absolutely AMAZING!!

This property is a 5 star!! The communication with Jodi (host) was immediate and always extremely helpful, thank you so much. We were very happy with everything at this beautiful home. There were so many upgrades and ammenities--Smart tv's, smart toilets, beautiful kitchen with upgraded appliances, very comfortable beds, great outdoor lounging area with bar and grill, great pool, and access to a boat. Everything we needed was there. We spent 10 days during Christmas and they even decorated the house and put a Christmas tree up for us!! So thoughtful!! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home. Our family looks forward to staying here again, we will definatley be back.

Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the intersecting canal views from the spacious lanai. You may even see a manatee or two!

Spend your days in the main outdoor area lounging by the heated pool, which overlooks the breathtaking views of the canal. Sit back in the amazing lanai and take advantage of the outdoor BBQ kitchen for cooking on our propane grill.

Relax on the dock with an adult beverage in the evening as you witness the most colorful and breathtaking sunsets over the water.

Guests have full access to free off-street parking, the entire home, a fenced-in yard, a private pool, and a dock.

We have gear accessible for fishing off the dock, snorkeling equipment, and beach chairs/umbrellas, and the pool is equipped with towels and pool inflatables for your use during your stay. Also, for your enjoyment and convenience, the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and preparing meals.
