This is a great home and in a fabulous location! The home is spotless and the owner/manager lives nearby so is available at a moment's notice. We loved our stay here so much, we booked it for next year as well.

We rented this home for a 3 generation family vacation, parents, children and grandchildren. This home was perfect. From the moment we walked in we were extremely pleased with the immaculate cleanliness, the small touches like beach towels, bikes and kayaks and sparkling pool. It is directly across from restaurants and shops, well within walking distance, and a list of other restaurants in the welcome book. The pool, hot tub and lanai area was used every day and was clean and comfortable Publix is close by for grocery needs, as well as a Walgreens. Maggie, our host, was very responsive to questions before we arrived, was prompt with check-in information, and even checked on us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. She was an excellent host. This house and the host get a 5 for all the reasons above. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here in late April 2026 and we were beyond thrilled with the accommodations! The house was immaculate and almost too good to be true. Being on the canal made it even more special. We loved the convenience of being so close to the marina. The master suite was fabulous and we felt spoiled. The king size bed was perfect. The pool was great. We had more than enough space for four adults and two children and also enjoyed the convenience of being able to park inside the garage. We would not hesitate to try and book this home again in the future.

Wonderful stay!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this property! House was newly built and extremely clean. We loved the pool/spa and beautiful neighborhood. Our host,Maggie had provided lots of great info about local places to eat and see. Would definitely stay there again!

Enjoyed our family vacation at this Cape Coral gem. Location was ideal to dining and shopping with beach options a short drive away. We didn't want to leave

We enjoyed a long term stay in this home, and it was spectacular! The location was great - restaurants within walking distance, shops very close by and a great, safe neighborhood for walking. Maggie and Nicole were superb from booking to check out. We'd stay again in a heartbeat!

We came to Cape Coral for a vacation in 2014 and fell in love, so we went home, sold everything and moved here. We love the water and peaceful way of life. If we aren't helping our guests, we also sell real estate an enjoy watching our boys play hockey.
