Modern luxury awaits at this magnificent Cape Coral home. Boasting canal-front views, this home offers the best of indoor and outdoor living, with a resplendent, screened pool area and patio with a grill-kitchen, dining, and living areas. The single-level interior is tastefully appointed with elegant design.

The spacious, bright interior showcases an open layout with sparkling, white tile flooring featured throughout. Gather with friends and family on the luxe, leather sofa while streaming shows and movies on the wall-mounted smart TV. Each smart TV has access to Netflix and Peacock so no need to bring your own steaming devices. The full island kitchen comes exquisitely outfitted with cookware utensils to suit even the most discerning of home cooks. The island prep station doubles as a breakfast bar with seating for five. Everyone can eat together at the eight-seater dining table. Challenge friends and family to a bit of competition with a few rounds of ice-hockey in one of the bedrooms.

Primary guests will find a private sanctuary in the main bedroom, complete with direct patio access. Master bathroom features soaking tub and walk-in shower. One of the additional three bedrooms has direct access to the pool bathroom so you can think of the house having an en-suite with walk-in shower.

Make the most of sunny, Florida weather on the expansive, private patio. After a cooling dip in a heated SALT water pool, relax poolside in one of the lounge areas while the grill master sets to work in the outdoor kitchen for a gourmet-style backyard barbecue. Al fresco meals can be enjoyed at the outdoor dining table set for eight. For a special treat, head down to the canal-front viewing dock to soak up the rays or just spend a peaceful moment by the water. Up for a fishing challenge? Grab one of the fishing poles and catch your next big fish.

The house is fully equipped with beach items like wagon, chairs, coolers, umbrellas and sand toys. Traveling with kids? We got you covered. Kids pool toys for little swimmers and high-chair along with Pack-N-Play for the youngest crew.

For those arriving with electric vehicles, we have a 40AMP EV charging station in the garage. Property is located in a highly sought SW part of Cape Coral close to restaurants, shops and various activities.

We had an excellent stay. The house has a great layout and decor. It was very clean and Lucas made sure everything was perfect. Our favorite things were the pool (adjusted to the perfect temperature with a simple text to Lucas) and the outdoor kitchen. We loved it so much, we booked again for next year while we were still there.

Lucas was a fabulous host. The house was super clean. Everything we needed to cook was there. Including a really nice blender. The pool was clean and everything we needed for beach day was in the garage, Including ice chests. Lucas checked in with us everyday and was quick to answer any questions that we had come up. We would definitely rent this property again.

The place was so bad we went to another place without a refund. The extra bedroom sheet were full of crumb, heavy stains and hair.The pool was bug infested and the pool filter was shut off making the pool unusable.

The guest arrived at the property and, within a few hours, stated that the home was “not quite as expected.” I asked several times for specific concerns, but the guest did not provide any concrete explanation. Instead, the guest stated that they simply wanted a different house and requested a partial refund. The guest also confirmed in writing, “It is all good. I am not angry with you. The house is just not quite as I expected.” Before I was given a meaningful opportunity to address any issue, the guest informed me that they had already booked another property and were leaving. When I declined to issue a refund without a valid basis, the guest stated that they would post a negative review with photos. The review posted by the guest is inaccurate and misleading. The pool system functions normally during scheduled daytime hours and shuts off overnight, which is standard operation. The pool was clean at check-in; after rainfall in Florida, a small number of insects can naturally appear, and I offered immediate pool service, which the guest declined. The marks described as “mold” are scuff marks in the closet caused by black luggage wheels and do not affect the condition or safety of the stay. The orange marks on the frame of the door are paint transfers from prior guests. The door frame was scheduled to be repainted within next two weeks. The sheets were clean and in good condition, with no hair, crumbs, or stains. The only minor maintenance issue was a lightly rusted toilet paper holder, which has already been replaced. None of the issues shown in the guest’s photos materially affected the stay, and the guest did not allow a reasonable chance for any concerns to be resolved before departing. I have already informed VRBO of the guest’s refund demand and threat to leave a negative review if the refund was not granted. I also shared text messages documenting the conversation, along with photos of the property taken before arrival showing the home in proper condition. We take pride in providing an excellent guest experience, and our prior reviews consistently reflect the cleanliness and quality of the property.

The house was perfect! Enough room for our grown children and their family! The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed! Lucas checked in frequently to be sure we were all set and had everything we needed! We all enjoyed a lot of time in the pool! Our granddaughter enjoyed the pool and beach toys! Great vacation spot! Close to everything in the Fort Myers area. Very convenient to restaurants and amenities. The house was in great shape very clean. The host was super helpful with suggestions and checked on us every day.Family four love the pool and the outside area and we even caught a couple of fish in the canal behind the place. A couple of nice golf courses are used to shore drive away.Highly recommend would definitely stay here again

We stayed in this house for 12 nights in January 2026. When we arrived, the house was immaculate and well maintained. The owner was extremely responsive during the entire process. He also checked in on us regularly to ensure we were comfortable and the heated pool was at a comfortable temperature for us. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few dinners at home. We loved the outdoor kitchen and used it frequently. We had an excellent experience and have already booked this house for next year.

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect! We are a group of five women – over 60 – that travel together twice a year! We stayed at this house last October and couldn’t wait to come back! The house was immaculate. I would definitely stay again and recommend this place. Great location too.

Family Vacation

We stayed for a week with our family of eight. Great home clean and Host is very friendly and responsive when addressed with concerns or questions.
