CAMPUS COTTAGE, GREAT LOCATION

No need to rent a car! Walk to OSU football, baseball games! Over sized fully fenced back yard with firepit to relax near the Corvallis Community Center, play some pickle ball and enjoy the sand volleyball courts. Cozy house near campus activities with large driveway with ample room for two cars for off street parking.
Close to shopping, coffee and dining. This is a vibrant student neighborhood so on a rare occasion the night can be a little loud for a light sleeper. It’s a quick walk to campus and centrally located to nearby hiking or a pleasant walk to downtown. No pets and no RV hook up please. No electric vehicle charging.

We had a great stay at the Campus Cottage. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for the weekend. I especially appreciated the coffee that was supplied! We would love to stay here again.

We've had so much fun working on this property together. Mother and son, updating the home he and his brother shared during college. Oregon State is near and dear to us with four out of the five in our family being OSU grads!

Why they chose this property

Not only is this property walking distance to the heart of Oregon State campus, but as dog owners that love to travel with our dogs, they are welcome here too! It's only a five minute drive to endless trails for hiking or mountain biking as well. Bald Hill Park, Fitton Green, and Chip Ross Park are just the start of miles of local trails.
Walk to American Dream Pizza or Bombs Away Cafe for great casual dining and nightlife. Then for your morning coffee, Sam's Station is a short walk as well.
