The "boathouse" is a spacious 4-room apartment with 94 square meters living space on the mezzanine floor. The apartment is accessible via a private entrance and also has disabled access. The basic occupancy is for six people.

You enter the apartment in the spacious and bright hallway. In the corridor area you will find the cloakroom with seating for putting on and taking off the shoes and a large mirror. Through the hall you can reach all other rooms, all of which are fully equipped with underfloor heating.

In the apartment there are two shower rooms with toilet. The larger and light bathroom is dimensioned so that a wheelchair use is possible. Towels and bath towels are provided by us for domestic use. The living area is 24 square meters and is equipped with a kitchenette, a well-equipped, large dining table and a comfortable couch corner. The living area has a south exposure to the adjacent forest. Given the slope, you are on the downhill side already on the first floor.
