Not your typical condo! Exquisitely furnished by an ASID designer with custom fabrics and furnishings. Pristinely maintained. Recently renovated with new kitchen and baths. Marble floors throughout condo, including baths. Stainless steel appliances and Kohler fixtures. Marble counters in kitchen and baths. Two baths have large walk-in showers with glass doors, third bath has tub/shower combination.

Flat screen TV's in living room and all 3 bedrooms. New pillow top mattresses, all cotton linens. Stunning view of Gulf of Mexico from living/dining/kitchen area as well as Master Bedroom. Living area and Master Bedroom open onto large, private, covered balcony facing beach and Gulf.

If you are looking for a beautifully designed condo with impeccable furnishings, this is it. 5th floor, end unit.

We have been told that this is the nicest condo in SeaSpray. We do not rent to anyone under 30 years of age.

Peak Season: 7 night minimum May 15, 2015 - August 15, 2015.

Best one yet!

We travel to PK at least once per year (this was our 4th trip in the past year) and have for the past 10 years. We have stayed in beachfront condos from the state line to Johnson Beach Road and all points in between, but SS 521E has absolutely been the most welcoming and the most accommodating condo we have been in, the "million dollar" places down the coast included! We will most definitely reserve again! Thanks for sharing your vacation home with us!

Love Staying Here!

The third time is charm! Once again we had a very fun and relaxing time at this beautiful condo. This location is perfect for the renter during the peak season that still wants to feel like they have escaped for awhile. The owners are great to deal with and have fantastic support to help you with all of your questions or needs. With Pensacola, Orange Beach, and Gulf Shores so close, there's never any shortage of restaurants but we were glad to see a couple of new ones in the area this year! We still enjoy the "mimosa mornings" out on the great balcony and hope some day there's an addition of a bar height table and chairs so that it's easier to enjoy that fantastic view from the 5th floor.

Can't Go Wrong!

Loved staying at this beautiful condo for the second time! For us, staying here feels more like someone you know has lent you the place for awhile rather than the feeling of "renting" a vacation place. It's very very comfortable and has anything you could possibly need. The top three things we love most about the condo is the large master bedroom with a great view of the gulf, the big patio/balcony that you can enjoy even in rainy weather, and the well equipped kitchen. It has been perfect for the two of us but six adults would have plenty of room in this condo as well.

Awesome place!

This place is perfect! The view is wonderful, there are no noisy neighbors, the pool and hot tub are great if the waves are too big and you still want to relax in the water, and the condo furnishings are plentiful. Our group really enjoys the kitchen being fully supplied with cookware and dishes so we can cook for ourselves instead of spending money at restaurants. The furniture is also really comfortable, which is great for relaxing after a long day in the sun and water. The location is also a plus because it's a short trip to Gulf Shores and/or Pensacola but it's slower paced in Perdido, and traffic moves a lot smoother than in either of the bigger towns. The owners are also very nice and provide a lot of information for the area, including good restaurants and nearby grocery stores. For the price, we couldn't find a better place to spend our vacation!

Fabulous time at this Seaspray condo!

We selected this condo for the fact that it was beautifully decorated! We wanted a condo in Perdido Key overlooking the gulf and one that had a "beachy" feel. The condo had beautiful furniture and furnishings throughout. The kitchen was a cook's delight, if you WANT to cook when you go away for vacation! It had everything you could imagine! The rooms were a good size and the family area was very comfortable. The view is gorgeous and this condo had much more of a luxury appeal than many beach condos offered for rent. The parking is good. There were plenty of luggage trolleys and carts available to help with bringing luggage up to the condo. I had wonderful communication with the owner and his associate. Everything was as stated and there were no surprises. The beach wasn't congested even though it was the first of June. We've never seen this many shells anywhere...EVER! That was one of the highlights of our trip! In addition, the owners of this condo have their own beautiful shell collection and we all enjoyed seeing what different types of shells they had found! Great places to eat and shop are nearby with easy access in and out of the condo parking lot. My family and I would stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Don't let the older complex fool you. This unit is beautifully decorated and recently renovated. It is obvious within minutes of arriving that the owners put a great deal of planning and thought into this condo. I would challenge you to identify any need that cannot be found in this unit. The bar area is so well stocked you will be able to make and serve cocktails as if you were at home. Too many additional special touches to mention. Again, many thanks to the McAlpin family for sharing this great space with the rest of us!

P.S. The Oyster Bar in Perdido and Fish House in Pensacola are a must.
