Experience a stylish staycation at this centrally-located home, 3-minute drive to downtown, walking distance to the historical 1912 Judson Mill. This is newly renovated, fully furnished, and thoughtfully decorated. The furniture, appliances, and functionality will make our guests feel cozy and comfortable. This is a wonderful place to relax and stay after a day of activities or enjoy the home all day inside and out. Traveling with an EV vehicle? We have an EV charging station just for you.

The home offers spacious in and outdoor living for our guests to enjoy their time together. It is perfect for lounging or working during the day or enjoying a cozy evening with family or friends. Luxury bedrooms and baths featuring king beds with their own ensuites, custom tile, and a RAIN HEAD SHOWER in the main! The beds are selected with comfort in mind. The place also offers a beautiful deck with a gas grill and seating for dining. The fenced-in backyard provides plenty of rooms for kids to play and/or furry friends to roam. We are equipped with EV charging capability (240 volts) for your vehicle or RV.

We have keyless access and codes will be sent with the check-in instruction on the day of your arrival.

Your furry friends are welcome to stay with a minimal pet fee of $59 for 1-2 pets or $118 for 3-4 pets, good for 7 nights, to be charged upon reservation to cover the extra cleaning.

A recurring fee is required every 7 nights. Please note that this does not compensate for any possible damages on property.

The inside of the home was very nice. The backyard not so much. Poor lighting, the fence was in poor shape and difficult to open or close. The host did not respond to messages in a timely fashion at all.

Host was extremely responsive and great to work with. Property was upgraded and as advertised. This is the 1st house that has been renovated in an area of gentrification meaning it is a great house in a not so great neighborhood.

Exceeded our expectations

Stayed here for only one night but thoroughly enjoyed it. It was thoughtfully stocked with snacks, wine, and even toiletries that you may have forgotten. Neighborhood was a little sketchy be we didn’t really feel unsafe, especially since there’s an alarm system. Also was actually near many some attractions like a food hall. Beds were very comfortable and main TV had many streaming apps already on it.

All the small things

As our first Vrbo experience, I’m afraid all others might pale in comparison! We needed accommodations that would allow me to finish creating a specialized groom’s cake as well as a wedding cake for 150 guests. The oversized Island was the perfect place to bring my creativity to life! But it was all of the small touches that made this so special! From the tray of snacks on the island to the drinks in the refrigerator, the toiletries and the sunrises that might have been left behind. Our rental even included leashes and food and water dishes for our two dogs, Phideaux and Cooper, who were traveling with us. Now I’m looking for excuses to visit Greenville again so we can stay at this beautiful property!

Beautiful Place

The house is so cute and set up like a hotel suite. It was such a nice place to stay, the beds we’re comfortable and the whole house was set up nicely. We brought the dogs but had to be super watchful of them in the back yard even though it is fenced. There were a few spots where the fence was damaged and left a large hole into the neighbours driveway. Be sure to bring your own k-cups for coffee. They have a machine, but no coffee or reusable cup for your own coffee, and this is the only coffee maker there. Also the thermostat would return to around 77 I think even when we set it to 70. Fortunately there are ceiling fans. Other than small things like this, we really enjoyed our stay.
