The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building, was renovated in 2004, and is rustically furnished. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet, sunny, and secluded location at the edge of the forest. Available for exclusive use: barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Montieri, district of Grosseto. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a track (rubble or gravel). Parking on the street in front of the house. Parking partially covered.
Special
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and a fire extinguisher.

allowed, EUR 50.00/pet per stay.
