Westwinds is the nicest building on the Sandestin beachfront, the pool area and fitness center are by far the best of any building. While all units are individually owned and managed, the common amenities of the condo buildings can really make a difference. By being a true gulf front condominium in Sandestin, there is no waiting on the tram or hunting for a parking spot to get to the beach, simply ride down the elevator and walk a few steps. Once you have stayed in Westwinds, you will not want to stay anywhere else in Sandestin. This two bedroom condo has been recently remodeled and the owners have really taken pride in their vacation home. This 7th floor unit has two king beds and a sofa sleeper in the living room and sleeps a total of 6 comfortably.
Being on the 7th floor, you have wonderful southwest views over the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. There is nothing like enjoying the afternoon sun or one of the spectacular fall or spring sunsets out over the Gulf of Mexico.
The bathrooms have been remodeled with new vanities, granite and shower surrounds. The kitchen has new granite and stainless appliances. The furniture has almost been completely replaced this year and there is a new, large high efficiency washer and dryer in the condo. Whether you come down to Sandestin for a beach vacation, a meeting or conference or one of the many festivals at the village of Baytowne Wharf or along the scenic 30a corridor, at our Westwinds condos, you get the best that the beach has to offer and all that Sandestin provides, without paying the high Sandestin rates.

We currently have 8 condos at Westwinds, all include complimentary tram access plus beach chairs and an umbrella for you to use in the condo.
