This spacious, beachfront, two bedroom, two and a half bathroom seventh floor condo is a perfect place to spend a family vacation. It features a remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and adjacent dining area with seating for six. Tastefully decorated throughout and with countless upgrades, this peaceful retreat is a great spot to enjoy your SANDESTIN® Golf and Beach Resort vacation.

Enjoy the fresh gulf breezes off the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico from your roomy private balcony overlooking one of the nicest beaches among Destin and South Walton's renowned sugar white sand beaches. Then take the elevator down to a refreshing day by the expansive resort style pool complete with separate kiddie pool, and hot tub area not to mention the seasonal snack bar that is an easy hassle free option for lunch or drinks. Or head out to your choice of one of many adventures on the resort or around the Destin area.

At the end of your fun filled day, relax in the nice living area with a large flat screen TV and upgraded sleeper sofa, or one of the two roomy bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico and Destin's famous beaches and attached completely remodeled bathroom with double vanity and tub shower combo. You can also access the balcony from the master bedroom.

The guest bedroom has a flat screen TV, and also has a king sized bed with an attached, spacious bath complete with separate vanity area that make it super easy for multiple people to shower and get ready at the same time without getting in each other's way. The second king sized bed sets this condo up to truly have two master suites. This condo is perfect for two adult couples or even families with small children, because there is space in either bedroom for a pack and play next to the bed. Our stay was fabulous! The condo has been updated and is decorated beautifully. The kitchen is fully stocked with any item you’d need to prepare meals once groceries are purchased. It felt very clean, the beds are tremendous, and the third, half bathroom is very nice. You’ll love it!

Awesome Beach Vacation

We traveled to Sandestin at least 2 times a year for the last 10 years and I will say this was the best check-in process and communication I had with an owner. We were able to check-in at 1 PM which gave us plenty of time to enjoy a FULL first day. The condo was very clean and had some of the best and durable appliances (Kitchen-Aid). Check-Out process was simple and easy plus communication with the owner was prompt.

Great place to stay!

Wife should be doing this reveiw as she was in (in her words) Heaven. Condo was great (sliding screen doors need a little lubrication), beach was great, weather was great. Loud crew next to us in party house but when you closed the door you couldn't hear a thing! Waitress on the beach was a nice touch. We'll be back!

Perfect choice

We loved this condo. The kitchen was so well equipped and the appliances were all top notch. Even 2 types of coffeemakers. The bathroom had a lot of special touches and plenty of towels, etc. The location of the Bo do being around the corner from the elevator made our walk as short as possible. The condo complex was perfectly located and the beach in this area was not overly crowded. 5 stars for this one! I would definitely stay here again.

The actual unit is amazing!!! Highly recommend! The only issue was with the various door codes. The rental agency gave us the wrong gate code at check in so it took a while to access the property. The biggest issue was that the rental company changed our door code at 9am rather than 10am at the time of checkout on Saturday morning. So, we got stranded out of the unit as we were working to pack the car. It took 45 minutes to get in touch with the company for them to reissue another unit door code so we could get in to get the rest of our stuff for departure. Because we had an issue both at check in and at check out I am bringing this up in the review. The check out delay was especially frustrating. There is no need to door codes to expire like that.As for the actual stay- could not be happier. It's a perfect location and condo. Had a great week!

Beautiful location

This home is exactly as shown in the photos. It has an amazing view of the gulf. The kitchen is well stocked too. When we arrived, a few lights were not working and a fan was not working. We tried changing the bulbs to no avail. The management company sent someone out immediately to fix the problems. They were not fixed properly on the first go-round, but they came back and fixed them again. The only other issue (that is not really "broken") is that the bed in the master squeaks when you get in and out of it, which is annoying. Because we had other issues, I did not report that one at the time. We are frequent visitors to the Westwinds and it never disappoints - the pools and the beach are exquisite!

I absolutely recommend Marcella Phelps to help you book a condo that will exceed all expectations. We had the nicest condo, very clean, very nice appliances, gorgeous views of the gulf, beautiful landscaping...all just a couple of minutes walk away from crystal clear water and beautiful white sand.
