Step into comfort and convenience in this inviting retreat, thoughtfully appointed with everything you need for a delightful stay. Glide around in your own two-seater gas golf cart—complete with golf bag holder—for easy exploration. The home features two restful bedrooms (one King, one Queen) and two bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower and the other with a relaxing tub/shower combination. For added privacy, a pocket door in the guest hallway creates a quiet oasis for family and friends.

Unleash your culinary creativity in the fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals and entertaining guests. Outside, relax in the enclosed lanai, furnished with a loveseat and chairs, or enjoy the fenced, pet-friendly courtyard featuring a gas grill, dining area, and lounge chairs for sun-soaked afternoons. As evening falls, continue unwinding in the soft glow of solar-powered tiki torches—perfect for creating magical memories under the stars.

You will have two options to obtain a guest pass. A guest ID which is free or you can purchase a Temporary Lifestyle Resident ID from The Villages for $50.00 which includes two passes. Either option is only valid during the time of your stay. I will send additional information prior to your stay so these can be ordered and ready when you arrive.

We live about 15 minutes away and will be available at any time there is a problem.

Make sure you read and understand the house rules that apply to the golf cart. The golf cart is being provided as a courtesy. If for any reason the cart does not function properly, you will not be given a replacement cart. You will be responsible for renting your own cart. If you would like to rent a cart instead, please let us know.
Pet Rules:
We are true dog lovers but need to have some rules to ensure we will be able to continue to allow pets to stay at our property. Dogs ONLY and they must not weigh over 40 pounds. No cats due to allergies. The pet fee is for one dog. More than one dog will have to be approved and additional fees could apply. All dog waste must be picked up and deposed of in the trash. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or on the comforters of the beds unless a cover is used. Pet covers will be provided. Pets should not be left unattended in the property at any time unless they are crated. If your dogs feet are wet or dirty they need to be cleaned before entering the property. Towels and poop bags will be provided.

House Rules:
Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind inside the property, garage or the lanai. If this rule is broken you will be charged a $250 fee. No large gatherings and all overnight guests must be approved in advance through the booking process.

Golf Cart Rules:

GOLF CART LIABILITY WAIVER :
In exchange for the privilege to use the golf cart provided you are accepting responsibility for your own negligence and understand that golf carts are a motorized vehicle and driving or riding in these vehicles can lead to serious injury, property damage and even death. You must operate this vehicle in a safe manner, and adhere to all rules set forth by The Villages. You are liable for all medical and legal claims that may arise from use of the golf cart. You voluntarily agree to accept the risks of using a golf cart and on behalf of yourself, your personal representatives and your heirs hereby voluntarily release the owners from any and all claims, actions, causes of actions, suits, judgments and demands for bodily injury, property damage, loss of life and/or loss of services, in law or equity, that may in any way or manner arise out of use of the golf cart. You must be at least 25 years of age to drive the golf cart. It is strictly forbidden that a minor or any individual without a valid driver’s license operate this vehicle. A maximum of 4 people on the cart and all passengers must be seated. You agree to pay for any damage to the cart. You must have possession/control of vehicle keys when not in use..
