この6階のコンドミニアムは、パナマシティービーチのすべてで最も素晴らしい4ベッドルームコンドミニアムの1つです。


水上のマスターベッドルームには、キングサイズベッドとケーブルテレビに加えて、海の素晴らしい景色とバルコニーへのアクセスがあります。 マスターベッドルームには、ジャクジータブ付きのプライベートバスルームがあります。

2番目のベッドルームには、キングサイズのベッドと壁にフラットスクリーンケーブルテレビがあります。

3番目のベッドルームには、クイーンサイズのベッドと壁にフラットスクリーンケーブルテレビがあります。

リビングルームには、海を見下ろす床から天井までの窓があり、大型バルコニーとクイーンプルアウトカウチにアクセスできます。

4番目のベッドルームまたは効率には、キングサイズのベッド、自立型のツインサイズの二段ベッド、大型フラットスクリーンケーブルテレビ、オーシャンビュー、海を見渡す専用バルコニーがあります。 ジャグジー付きの専用バスルームがあります。 簡易キッチンもあります。

9フィートの天井、クラウンモールディング、タイル全体、花崗岩のカウンタートップ、天井ファン全体、大理石の庭の浴槽とシャワーマッサージ付きシャワーを備えたこのコンドミニアムには、すべてが揃っています。 この6階のバルコニーからは、1,700フィートの広さの砂糖白砂のビーチを見渡せます。

first day we get there we checked in early with a fee and within a couple hours we got toilet water running through the ceiling coming in on the bed and light fixture so they come clean come and mop up and leave the linens for us to change i made them come back the next morning to mop the floor again since it was sewage water so overall the first 2 days were sh*t and just ruined the stay for us

Very clean place. Definitely more wear and tear than I imagined, but it definitely felt like home for the week. View was amazing from the balcony, but you do get a lot of the splash noise from below. Appliances were nice and new except for the washer and dryer. The dryer smelled like it was burning with every load and I think it was venting the hot air and moisture directly into the condo. No issue with the elevators as I experienced at other condos. Parking was super convenient and we were able to park in the garage to keep the car cool. Within walking distance to Alvin's Island and Hershey's ice cream, which is nice to have. Pool security was strict. My kids got in trouble for carrying balls on the pool deck without throwing them. Told the security guard they were walking to the beach with them and they responded that they were "getting calls." Overall, would stay again for the price.

Beautiful location

This location is perfect for the area for families! This unit has no hotels next to it and you can easily set up a prime spot in the beach! The unit is spacious, so lots of room for the family to hang out in. We have stayed at this exact unit 4 times now and will definitely be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay for the most part! The condo is right on the beach, hot tub, heated pool, and a few minutes from Pier Park so there isn’t much to complain about. However, if I were to complain, it would be about the small water heater in the suite, the TVs being outdated in the bedrooms, master bedrooms tv didn’t even work nor did its remote, and the washer and dryer is extremely noisy. Our guest in the suite had to take a cold shower almost every night. The master bedroom not having a functioning TV wasn’t a deal breaker, but we would have loved to been able to sit in our bed and watched our favorite Netflix series after a long day of chasing a toddler around. I just feel like for the price of this place it could use some updating, is all. Location, cleanliness, security was so nice, everything else was great! I would definitely come back.

Our unit was perfect for our family and everything was as expected. We would definitely visit again. The only suggestion is they could use a few more linens, like extra towels and pillow cases

Great place to stay

The condo was as described. Very clean and had everything we needed. The pool just underwent maintenance so it was not very warm however was back to normal by the end of our vacation.

Great stay

We had a great stay. Room was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. I was highly impressed with the kitchen items that were provided. Master bathroom needs painted but other than that everything was good.

Great December family vacation!

Never been to PCB in the off season, a lot of construction going on to get ready for season & from the hurricane, but didn’t dampen a great trip.

Yes the property was doing some work around the grounds during the slow time of early December when you stayed but they are finishing up and there will not be any construction going on for the 2020 peak renal season.
