This house is located in a very secure neighborhood, with 24-hour security and gated fences to ensure privacy and security.

*The maximum temperature of the pool is between 80-85°F. We recommend pool heat from October through March, but note that during the winter the water does not heat up to its full capacity, therefore we will not reimburse due to weather conditions, as it is not a mechanical issue.
