Spacious "farm country" duplex merely 7 minutes from downtown Georgetown KY. 40 min from Arc Experience. 15 min from KY Horse Park & a 20 min drive to Lexington, Keeneland or the Red Mile. A 25 min drive to UK & Rupp Arena. Business travelers welcome. Master bedroom w/ queen size bed & full bath; second bedroom w/ king sized bed, and a second full bath. Large rooms, eat in kitchen and washer and dryer make this a great spot for an extended stay!

Massage Therapist rents space in the same building and is available if you'd like to schedule a massage as a separate service. same building, different suite.

There are chairs provided to sit outside if you like.

I was completely impressed with the neatness and cleanliness of the space. Large living space for a reasonable amount of money had a wonderful stay, I would recommend this and stay there again.

We had an amazing stay. It was a perfect location. It tomo less then 20 min, too very to kentucky horse park. We would stay again the next time we come to kentucky.

Excellent country location and just as described!! Reminded me of home as a kid in Vermont. Very clean and comfortable and just sorry we couldn't enjoy more time on site.

Loved it ! Visiting from England and on a road trip, the lovely peaceful, rural location was a welcome contrast to our city accommodations. It has so much character; the family are so friendly and welcoming and everything we could possibly need, was provided.

The hosts were so friendly and helpful. This is in a beautiful, serene, spot in the country. Everything was super clean; the a/c worked great; it had everything we needed and was very comfortable.
