The large balcony to the front offers stunning panoramic views of the Castries Harbour and the Caribbean Sea to the north and is perfect for outdoor lounging and dining. Relax and take in the sights and sounds of the cruise ships passing in the harbour. Spacious and modern with touches of rustic Caribbean Creole accents throughout, Seascape Villa has everything you need to enjoy the ultimate tropical vacation getaway. The kitchen is fully self-catered with a microwave, toaster, blender, kettle and coffee maker; the master bedroom has A/C and an ensuite bathroom; the second bedroom has a portable fan; there is a bonus den area with a fold-out sofa; private laundry on-site with washer and dryer; bed linens and towels are provided; housekeeping during your stay can be provided for an additional charge (rates available upon request); WiFi and Smart TV with Cable and Netflix; solar water heater; security alarm and CCTV cameras; fully fenced property with a gated entrance; no smoking; no pets allowed; no overnight guests, parties or large gatherings.

Great stay

We had a fantactic stay at the property, it was well stocked, clean and had fantastic views of the harbour and airport which entertained our two young children. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners and Mrs Wilbertha King was super helpful and went above and beyond to help us with our holliday. Thanks you!

I am a homemaker, wife and mother of three. I'm originally from Ottawa, Canada, but Saint Lucia has been my home for over 30 years. In 2015, we relocated from St. Lucia to Nairobi, Kenya, because my husband was posted with the United Nations Environment Programme. In 2019, we relocated to Panama City, Panama, where we currently reside. We have been renting out our home since 2015, but we only recently started short-term rentals. We enjoy travelling, sightseeing, going to the beach and dining out! Welcome to Saint Lucia! We hope you enjoy your stay!

Why they chose this property

We built our home in 2003 on my husband's family land that had been passed down to us by my late father-in-law. We wanted our home to be welcoming and down-to-earth, with a Caribbean-style vibe, a place that makes everyone feel at home and comfortable. What makes this home special is that we raised our family here for almost 20 years, and it holds many fond memories that we will cherish forever. The home has that lived-in feel with all the amenities and features that guests would expect and love.

What makes this property unique

What we love about our home is the 'million-dollar view' from our large balcony. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and offers panoramic views of the Castries Harbour and the Caribbean Sea to the north. On a clear day, you can even see the neighbouring island of Martinique to the north.
