Wonderful gathering place!

The dining room table is the gathering point at this wonderful space, near the well-appointed kitchen. Bedrooms provided privacy and a good nights' rest. Our delegation really appreciated the tennis rackets and balls, trying out the tennis courts across the street. A great place to stay!

The neighborhood is very nice, the playground for my grandchild was wonderful! Only negative was cleanliness-we had roaches in the downstairs bathroom and dust on the HVAC vents in bedroom. Also we were not aware there is a downstairs apartment. We could hear conversations and the cats scratched at the door. But very large and comfortable for 6 adults and 4 kids!

Our rental comes with 4 bedrooms, and a kitchen and living room that you’re free to use anytime. A dryer, Wi-Fi, and self-check-in – we’ve got everything you need.

What makes this property unique

Our property stands out due to its prime location and excellent amenities. It’s within walking distance to a grocery store and parks, situated in a nice, quiet family neighborhood with plenty of space and close to all Downtown areas. The house is newly remodeled with all brand-new amenities, located in the desirable Colonial Village neighborhood in NW Washington, D.C. It’s ideal for VIPs and executives, and comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. Please note, this is not a party house.
