We couldn’t stay here. I had to rent a hotel because the place was so filthy. VRBO did nothing to help. DO NOT STAY HERE.The owner said the cleaners had just cleaned, they hadn’t and offered to send them to clean. There’s no way they could have cleaned it enough to be able to stay there.
Not set up for long term stays, a weeks worth the paper towels and TP paper is all that was provided. The back yard was only partially mowed, There was a pergola in the back yard with a gas grill, the grill did not work, dirty, dead bird, covering was torn, seat cushions dirty. Some maintainance issues in the house, dryer vent was not connected. The skillets provided were gross. The owner really needs to inspect the property in detail. No garage for your car. Staying for 3 weeks but no cleaning supples were provided.
We had a really great stay with only a couple of minor issues that were resolved extremely quickly with great communication from the owner. We loved the property and would definitely consider staying here again when we are visiting Yuma.

This is a very comfortable and clean home. Great kitchen and living room. The beds are very comfortable and the fenced backyard is nice. Highly recommend!
This was my first time booking a stay on VRBO and it was fantastic! The home was beautiful with all the comforts of home ! The location was a short drive to everything and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The rooms were spacious, the beds very comfortable and the home had everything we needed during out stay. I will definitely stay here again it was so much better than staying at a hotel!
Photos don't really do justice to the house. We had a great stay. Good kitchen/ lounge/ diner. Loved having a pod coffee maker. Brilliant sofas for comfortable TV watching! The bed in the master bedroom was super comfy, Nice ensuite and dressing area. Easy to relax in the garden. We had an excellent, peaceful stay in this great property
House is close to work site, clean, comfortable, very clean.
Second stay and not our last! Thank you so much for the prompt replies to all our questions. :)

Yuma House
Nice enough place in an okay neighborhood. Looks like maybe still some remodeling work to be completed. Clean and had the basics available. I would suggest a TV in the master.
The property was as advertised. Not disappointed at all.
The only problem was that we could not get the address until 4 of the arrival day, so while traveling we could not put the address in the GPS to get an idea of our arrival time or which route to take for best time. Getting that information sooner would have been nice.
I think the only thing I would do is. I would make sure there is at least enough toilet paper for the amount of days and people that reserve. I would update some kitchen supplies. Like measuring cups or mixing bowls etc…
You can definitely tell it was getting updates cause we noticed the base boards weren’t put in. The paint looked like it was recently done.
But overall our stay was great. I will definitely try to rebook here again next year. If I had little kids they definitely would like the backyard

Disappointed
We have a VRBO of our own and understand all that is involved to make sure our clients are happy. The place was disappointing, definitely not the impression we got from when searching a place to stay. The place appeared to not be used for awhile and evidently wasn't checked before we arrived. there was a dirty, empty cup on the counter and lint and hair on the bed stand in the spare bedroom. We wiped down the floor in the bedroom and main bath due to our socks were getting dirty. Counters had dust and just overall wasn't clean. a little over an hour of cleaning and it would of been good. Multiple light bulbs out (which we replaced) propane tank was empty. no instructions on anything. The dish washer and microwave were interesting to figure out. No batteries for the remotes. No extra amenities like extra towels or soaps and sponges for wiping and washing. The place has potential just needs attention.

Sorry for all the bad understanding, first thing you need to understand that we are located in desert . the house is sitting behind a field and the season that you booked in was farming season and not the best because it is windy most of the time especially it’s going to be more dust if you keep the door open for more then 5 min like you guys have been doing all the time you enter or leave . The hair the You find is impossible because you can find hair in the best hotels 5 stars either, light bulbs I had extra in the laundry area and batteries I had extras in the drawers in the kitchen . I feel like you guys have zero communication with me. towels? I had a lot towel in the closet plus 2 body towels in each restroom with towel for your hands, liquid soap for hands and bar soap for body, a packed of 30 toilet paper in the closet plus 3 toilet papers in each restroom, about the tank gas, yes we provide grill gas and charcoal depends what our guest decide to buy for they own prefer, we try to provide the essentials for our guest , in our amenities we told our guest that we have a Walmart center at 4 min away from the house where you can find all your brand and personal items . Once again communication is key . If you would of communicated we could have acted on this . And as far as your trying to point out everything . We didn’t say a word about you leaving later than 10am. Yes you left at 10:05 but we were not trying to be petty as some people . We are in customer service and like to service when we know of things . Thank you for the review and no communication. Also seen you on the camera as soon as you entered the house you started looking around for anything you could find that may be faulty . Your wife was commenting and thought she seen cobwebs both agreed was the texture of the walls . So key on the future is to communicate .

Disappointing Stay
The outside of the house had run down quality. I didn’t want to judge this book by the cover. We could get into right away with our code & took approximately 6 minutes for us to gain access not terrible, not the best. As we walked in the inside matched the outside. Base boards r missing all over the house; front entry has air hockey table with water damage. The living room & kitchen were spacious with a large tv. There was a small eating area that was nice. A pantry with $.99 store spices & oils; pots & pans that were beat up but useable. The frig was older but this was clean & appreciated as was the microwave & oven. However microwave sounded like it was going to die. The TV was horrible, music or background noises were 100000 decibles & dialogue at 10 decibels (I’m not sure how decibles work but this is just an example). However the couches were comfortable & reclined, bonus there. We only used (2) bedrooms the master was huge with a double sink, walk-in closet & private toilet room (bonus) but all poorly painted, base boards missing. Right by the sink a huge black cord going under the vanity. The vanity rocked & huge gaps so if something rolled back & didn’t catch it would be gone forever. But the part that upset me was the bed. The comforter was old & frayed. Sheets & pillow cases also old & stained (photos taken). I slept in a coat & used my pillow. Utilized laundry worked. Also no house manual & no check-in from POC if we had any ?’s. Not the worst, will not rebook.
We chose this property to be close to family. Overall it was good but a few things that would have made it better.
1 no Kcups or coffee filters.
2 Grill and back patio should have been cleaned since we were looking forward to being outside. Or even rags so we could have wiped it off.
3 No bowls, nothing fancy just a plastic one from Dollar Tree.
Other then that we enjoyed our stay.
