Welcome to Vineyard Views, a modern farmhouse nestled on half an acre in Niagara wine country! Renovated in 2022, this raised bungalow is a quick five minute drive to Old Town NOTL.

We are within minutes to numerous wineries and all that Niagara-on-the-Lake has to offer. Our beautiful home is set up for watching stunning sunsets, hosting guests and is perfect for both families & friends.

What a gem! A wonderful clean perfect place for us that was so fun because it was in the middle of the vineyard and Orchard area yet just a mile or two from town. We loved it!

We had a lovely stay in Niagara on the lake. The home was clean and sits on a private lot. Way to small children with us and we found the toys and layout of the home to be perfect for travelling with kids.

Our stay was "all round" wonderful! The location could not be more quiet but a quick car ride too so many great wineries, old town NOTL! Our little 4 year old nephew enjoyed himself immensely with the toys, the yard, and cozy bedroom. Thank you for everything! The house has everything you could possibly need and more!

Very relaxing vineyard estate/resort vibes that is minutes from anything you could need: grocery, pharmacy, brewery, winery! Nice country road safe for walking the dog down to the beautiful city bike path. Beautiful private yard for relaxing, and full kitchen for nights cooking at home. Super tidy and new, clean, modern appliances. You can’t beat the vineyard view!

This quaint place was a delight to stay in. Very clean and nicely decorated. My husband is a retired builder and general contractor. He was very impressed by the quality of the renovations that were done to this home. Nicely done!! Erica was a great host. Would definitely stay again for the next time we visit NOTL.

Lovely NOTL stay

Lovely property for our 4 night stay. Close to all wineries, local fruit market and a short drive to the main NOTL area. The house was well equipped for our two young children and it had a nice backyard to enjoy your dinner in the evening.

Great Vineyard Views

We really enjoyed our stay at this house and would highly recommend. The decor and cleanliness was just like what you see in the photos. The step down living room with a fireplace was a great place to unwind after a day of biking and dining. Waking up each morning to a beautiful vineyard view from front window was a real treat. The location is very convenient to local wineries & restaurants and it was perfect for us.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Hands down the best VRBO experience we have had to date. The home was beautiful and very clean. The location was perfect - we even walked to a few of the wineries on the country road. And the outdoor space was a perfect way to end each evening. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The hosts were very responsive and the home was so well stocked - especially if you are traveling with kids! There were books, toys, outdoor games - our 3 and 4-year-olds never wanted to leave (and neither did we). The living room was so cozy and after bedtime we enjoyed a glass of wine by the fire. The home's layout, cleanliness, and overall style was hands down the best.

We had a perfect stay! The hosts are incredibly kind and very responsive. Check in and check out was beyond easy, they truly take care of everything (including small gifts upon check in, a real treat!!) A perfect location for getting to wineries, breweries, coffee shops, etc., this home left us wanting for nothing. The layout of the house allows for hang out time or more independent relax time as needed. The kitchen was well stocked and had a keurig and k cups. Our stay was in the late fall so we didn’t spend much time outside, but that also looked equipped with a table and chairs on the deck, sauna, and bocce court. The house was extremely clean and felt ‘homey’ in the best way - just totally comfortable. And the view! Not too bad to wake up to an expansive vineyard. 10/10 would definitely stay again!

As a couple wanting to be very close to Niagara on the Lake, we found this to be a perfect rental. A cheery, well-maintained house. An extraordinarily well-equipped and well-stocked kitchen, with high-end appliances (for example, we've never experienced such a quiet dishwasher before). Plenty of lights. Lots of seating, indoors and out. A well-stocked bathroom with a beautiful shower that also worked better than any we've had in a hotel. Thoughtful little things like an effective but not excessive nightlight to make night-time navigation safe, and safety strips on the 3 or 4 internal steps leading to the living room that were attractive but really increased one's confidence. The location is also superb - if you can't get a hotel in the center of the town. the prices there are too high, you want more space than a hotel room provides, or you want to cook some of your own meals, this is perfect - very close, and an easy drive. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, and the instructions for getting in were clear and worked perfectly. We may well rent this house again.

The property was very nice and the location is excellent. Many wineries and restaurants very close by. Our hosts were very friendly, welcomed us warmly and offered help with any questions we had. Go to Oast (2 minute drive) and get the fungi pizza. Incredible. Ferox winery is only a 5 minute walk and the staff were amazing. Overall great trip.
