This modernized unit features new floors, fresh paint, remodeled bathroom, remodeled kitchen, including King size bed and sofa with queen pull-out bed, dining table, and bar stools. You will enjoy this cozy and comfortable contemporary style home.

Enjoy your meals and sunsets on the spacious outdoor seating area with 4 swivel bar height seats and table to take in the fantastic views.

Remodeled bathroom - complete with full sized tub and shower, washer and dryer, and plenty of storage.

Master bedroom - has 6 under bed drawers, closet, night stand, his and hers lamps, and 32” wall mounted flat screen TV with built-in DVD player.

Main living area - has 50” flat screen TV and DVD player. Included is high speed wired or wireless internet and Cable TV. Incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico from both the porch and inside unit!

Fantastic views, awesome condo!

If you love a 24 hour view of the gulf and long walks on a quiet beach, this is most definitely the place. The condo itself is nicely appointed and comfortable with easy access to the beach off the deck.

The location is perfect - no high rises. Very nice area for walks. We enjoyed the comfy chairs on the deck with the beautiful ocean view. Walk straight to the beach from the deck. So relaxing. The condo was just as great!! Beautifully decorated and clean!!! We wished we could have stayed longer!

Great Location

Walk right out of the unit and down a flight of stairs to the beach. The view is unbeatable! The location of this unit is great and is convenient to most everything you will need. There are two Publix supermarkets within a 5 mile drive (East or West of unit) and lots of great dining establishments within the same range. Emerald Waters Realty manages the unit and they respond immediately to any issues you may encounter.

Now, the negatives - the photos were obviously taken immediately after the remodel. The furnishings (sofa, sofa pillows end tables, coffee table, bed linens and pillows) are very worn. The mattress is in good condition though. The unit needs painting, or at least some touch up painting. The floors and grout need a thorough scrubbing. The kitchen mat is very worn, rolled up on the edges, and is a tripping hazard. Although the advertisement said "no pets" someone has brought a cat in there as the sofa is badly scratched. It's an acceptable unit, but is in need of some TLC.

Owner's Response: We're glad you loved the location, and ability to walk directly from the unit onto the boardwalk and beach. Thanks for bringing a few points to our attention. We take great pride in making sure our unit is up to date and in wonderful rental condition. But 2 stars is way low for a couple minor perceived issues. Reading this makes it seem like the unit is beaten, and that is definitely not the case. We've never had anyone complain yet, just the opposite actually. The pictures were from directly after the remodel, but I can assure it looks pretty much the same. With the exception of curtains replacing the vertical blinds (kept breaking). We constantly swap out what needs replacing, and do paint touch ups as rentals take a toll on some items. The nightstand and coffee table were just replaced during a recent trip, plus an additional side table was added for storage. A complaint about the floor mat being a "tripping hazard", really... The mat had some frayed edges, but even it too has been swapped out. Dirty grout, who looks at the grout when you're at the beach... :-) Anyhow, a painstakingly long scrubbing and re-sealing has been completed. I have spoken with the rental company about the linens, since we don't have control over those. However, the linen pool is replenished every year (we pay a decent fee for this), and we hadn't heard any complaints about it before. If anything does come up during a stay, EWR is right across the street and always ready to assist. It's always a great day at the beach!!!

Wonderful beach vacation with the perfect condo! My family of 5 had a great time at the beach staying at this condo. Pictures are very accurate. Loved being on the first floor and having such easy access to the beach. Could come and go with ease. Kids loved it! Highly recommend this place!

Exactly as the pictures show! Exactly what I expected! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this perfect little beachfront property, and our children LOVED the hallway bunkbeds! Not a single problem, or negative thing to say!

If we could have chosen a better time to visit, it would have been a perfect stay. We came during Spring Break and didn't get to enjoy the ocean water and a couple of days it was too cold to sit out in our bathing suits. The wind would blow and we were just too chilled.

But at least we had a beautifully updated and renovated room to come and stay in! Perfect place! 10, 10, 10!

Beautiful condo with breathtaking views.

We stayed for three nights and couldn't be happier. Excellent location and the walk-out beach access was terrific. The condo was clean, well furnished, and had a well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

About The Owner

We've vacationed in this area for years and loved it so much. Once 30-A gets inside you, there's no getting it out! We decided to buy a property, and fortunately for us, the timing was right.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2009

Why The Owner chose Seacrest

Location, Location, Location. Has uncrowded \ beautiful beaches with a quietness compared to other parts of 30-A. Yet it's conveniently located to so many activities to take advantage of. Easily accessible from a few airports now too.

What makes this condo unique

Literally steps from the sand, and you can hear the constant sounds of the waves. Bike rides to Seaside and Rosemary Beach along 30-A. Short drive to Destin or Panama City for a night out of entertainment.

Watching the dolphins play in the water.

When the reservation is booked, Emerald Waters requires a minimum prepayment of 30% of the total due or if the reservation is made with in 30 days of arrival date, payment in full is due . The 30% prepayment will be applied towards the rent. It is not a security/damage deposit (Please refer to Security/Damage Deposit). The remainder of the balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival date.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
