Breezy Cottage just a short stroll from the beach.

FABULOUS BEACH COTTAGE is just a short stroll from the beach. Beautifully renovated offering 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and an open floorplan with a cathedral ceiling. Relax on the screen porch and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. We also offer beach chairs and beach toys at no extra charge.

Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. These items will not be replenished during your stay.

Pool and limited Resort Privileges are provided at Holiday Inn.

NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property. If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged to the card on file, and you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was perfect for our family! We loved the location. Amenities were great. Only suggestion would be for new mattresses that are a bit firmer.

Great house and location!

We absolutely loved this house! It was perfect for our extended families to come together but still have our own spaces! It was a short walk to the beach and we went there numerous times during our stay. Great location, easy to get to and centrally located on the island. We will definitely stay here again!

Golf get a way

Breezy cottage stay was very nice inside house. We really enjoyed our stay. 4 golf buddies had plenty of room. Did have issues with No CABLE tv service. None of our group had any streaming programs. So basically without TV service for the week. Really miss watching PGA golf. Overall great place to rent. Great location
