About this property

Vanderbilt Beach Area, 3 Bedroom Condo, just yards from the beach

The main living area offers a nice flow from the front door to the lanai. The Master has a king size bed; one guest room has 2 twin beds and the other guest room has a trundle bed with standard size twins mattresses. All the beds have new Casper mattresses. The layout of the condo offers a beautiful view of the Gulf, Wiggins Pass, and a canal that is great for fishing. The grounds have a swimming pool, tennis courts, bocce ball, pickle ball, and a Tiki area with grills. There is a private storage area across from the elevator which contains a beach wagon to help get the chairs, towels, canopy, etc. to the beach.

perfect winter getaway

this property is beautiful with all we needed for our stay and more. friendly building, great location, warm pool, convenient tennis courts and a short drive to more restaurants than we could try. We would love to stay again whenever we are on vanderbilt beach.

Fantastic Rental

We could not have been happier with at our stay. The property is in a great location, close to beach and lots of shopping/dining, and also has a beautiful pool, pickleball/tennis, and bocce courts. The condo was spotless, well maintained, and well supplied, and communication with the owner was easy and quick. Can't wait to go back!
