Come escape to your perfect desert oasis. This updated open floor plan home is a 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath + a den & bar with updated furnishings & has a great indoor sound system. The backyard is an entertainer's dream featuring a custom pool with water features, hot tub, a fire pit with seating area & built in gas barbecue & an additional seating area by the hot tub. There is a formal dining room which leads out to a private courtyard complete with fireplace. Huge primary suite with doors leading to the backyard. Both guest rooms are en-suite, 1 has a king bed & 1 has a queen bed. Situated in Griffin Ranch which is one of the most sought after communities with 24 hour guard gated entrance & tenants are allowed access to all HOA amenities including tennis, pickleball, nine hole chipping and putting green, Jr. Olympic size pool with two swim lanes and a well appointed fitness center.
