Welcome to the Jamaica House - our beautifully designed home named after our in-ground "Jamaica" pool. This home offers all the comforts of a personal home with some serious vacation flair!

Fully furnished with a plush king bed in the master, queens in the guest rooms, sofa bed, & a roll-away our home is equipped with everything your family needs to relax & vacation like you mean it. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking supplies you’ll need to make a complete meal, and once you step into our backyard, you'll never want to leave!

Living Room - Comfortably situated with a sofa, oversized sofa chair, & a 4-person console table, there is enough seating and space for the whole family to gather. The living room is also equipped with the following:

• 75” Smart TV (Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc.; Guest will need to sign into their own streaming accounts for access)
• Playstation 4 (few games provided - PS account for online gaming access is required)
• Full-size pull out sleeper bed – blankets, sheets, and pillows provided
• Laptop workstation (w/desk lamp & wireless charger for cell phones)

Coffee Bar - Love your morning pick-me-up? No need for going out to expensive coffee shops when staying with us! We provide a full coffee bar stocked with the following:

• Organic Medium Roast Ground Coffee
• Instant Medium Roast Coffee Singles
• Various Teas (bags for steeping)
• Organic Stevia sweetener packets
• Sweet-n-Low sugar packets
• Various Coffee Flavoring Syrups
• Dry creamer (stored in the pantry)
• Liquid creamer (stored in the refrigerator)

Kitchen/Dining – If you're looking for a place to stay while traveling, & still want enjoy a home cooked meal, look no further! Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a complete meal including:

Master Bedroom – Our master suite is the perfect space for comfort and privacy. This bedroom has its own bathroom, but with added privacy from a beautiful 8' custom-built barn door to separate the areas when needed.

** There is a pool facing camera installed on back wall in plain site. The camera is motion activated for security and liability purposes. See below for more details on all property surveillance devices.

Laundry Room – On-site laundry room equipped with:

• Electric Washer & Dryer (Detergent, softener, and softener sheets provided)
• Iron & board

Parking – FREE!
• Parking for a maximum of 3 vehicles of all sizes (driveway and gravel) - This is out of respect and to avoid complaints from our neighbors
• Gated Boat or RV parking on the side of the house.
• PLEASE NOTE: OUR GARAGE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS AT THIS TIME.

▪️ We have 3 exterior security cameras on our property that are out in the open and NOT concealed in any way. One at the doorbell and the other two in the backyard attached to the back wall overlooking the pool area and side of the house. Camera’s are not aimed at sleeping or private areas (like bathrooms) of in the home at all. Cameras are actively recording motion and are for safety, security, and liability purposes only. You are not allowed to cover and remove the cameras. We only view the camera feed to confirm guest check-in & verify headcount and/or if we receive complaints around noise or suspect safety violations pertaining to the pool (I.e. unsupervised children in the pool). The placement and disclosure of our cameras are in full compliance with VRBO's policy for security devices. By reserving our property, you acknowledge you have been made aware of the security cameras and agree to stay with us knowing these cameras are present.
