Welcome to this pleasant house in Kingman. This cozy retreat offers 3 bedrooms with a variety of bed sizes to accommodate all guests with modern table lamps with plugs, usb and type c in them. With heating and AC, you'll stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The 2 bathrooms feature both a shower and bathtub for your convenience. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house. (Trailers welcome street parking only)

The property was nice. It would have been nice for the kitchen to have had some basic condiments and more than 2 coffee pods. The gas fire pit was difficult to get turned on but it had a nice little backyard.

Beautiful home in a lovely quiet neighborhood! Well-appointed, spacious rooms, giant TV, and comfortable beds--and with the coolest backyard patio space. We weren't here long but thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

The "check in" process was quick and convenient. The house is so cute! It was very comfortable and clean. The backyard patio was very nice. The neighborhood is quiet and the house was perfect for our stay. The property manager was good at communicating before, during, and after our stay, and If we had any questions, was available. I highly recomment this property for a spacious and comfortable stay.
