Or forget your cares in this spacious and serene home while relaxing on the back patio listening to the birds sing, feel the warm desert breeze. Or recline in theatre seating and watch tv on the 65" big screen or pamper yourself in our new 60x45" custom walk-in spa shower.

Sitting out on the back patio, relaxing, listening to the birds, watching the sunset, feeling that wonderful warm breeze on your face after a long day of sight-seeing and exploring. The neighbors are friendly, the neighborhood is safe and quiet and there is plenty or space on our completely fenced in back carport for your children and pets to play, you will never want to leave!
Experience our newly remodeled 42”x60” walk-in spa shower and don’t forget to relax in our heated/massage recliner while you watch your favorite show on the 65” big screen tv. ENJOY!!

What makes this property unique

Our property is a completely stocked and furnished, family ready home, set on the beautiful Valley Vista Golf Course and Country Club, complete with a 18-hole course, pro shop and club house. You will experience beautiful mountain view’s, you will have plenty to “see and do” and a safe, spacious, relaxing home to return to at the end of a very eventful day of exploring the Great Southwest. We are within easy driving distance to The Grand Canyon, Lake Havasu, Hoover Dam and much more. We are also pet friendly, (with prior notification and a reasonable pet-fee.). Our goal is to deliver an outstanding experience, whether its just the two of you and your fur-babies, or your whole family, all are welcome at The Triple Palms!
