This was our second time staying at this place and just like last time, everything was great. It had plenty of room for our group without feeling cramped. It offers guests garage access which was absolutely needed for our visit. It is well maintained and provided just what we needed. If you are coming to Kingman and need a home base for your visit, this is the one!

We stayed here in Kingman while visiting family and had an absolute blast! Spacious, exceptionally clean, comfortable, well-maintained home with every amenity you could think of from those listed to surprise extras when we arrived, like bedside wireless chargers, late night snacks in the pantry, and a closet full of family games. Plenty of lounge space inside and yard and parking space outside (including a garage). House was easy to locate and the neighbors were very friendly. Win (owner) was quick to respond to any inquiries and made our stay stress-free. We hope to stay here next time we are in town!

Great house for three adults, close to many attractions and things to do, including the Grand Canyon West. Use of the garage was very nice and the house was well appointed. Nice linens and towels, plenty of kitchen items for any kind of cooking. We were treated to snacks and drinking water when we arrived which was nice to have for a late arrival. And coffee as available for the morning. Overall a great place to stay with a lot provided, including faster internet.

Reserve Now, you won’t regret it!

The place is even better than the photos, if you can believe it. The host had everything we needed easily accessible and available. While we only had a short stay the only thing we needed to pick up was coffee creamer. They provided various coffee pods, teas, some bottled water and snacks in the kitchen. When we come back to Kingman your availability will be the first thing I check.
