Restaurants, Crab Island, Bars, and a water taxi are steps away. Fully furnished/well-equipped kitchen with large fridge/ ice maker, Combo Keurig Coffee maker/pot, Toaster, 2 Full Baths, king beds in both bedrooms, Queen sofa bed. Large TV in living & master. Small TV in guest BR. Large Balcony. Amenities include a Heated pool in winter, a hot tub, gas grills, fitness, and a beach. Enjoy an outside shower, Fish off the Beach, see the lights of the harbor, and watch the boats from your balcony and also from inside the condo. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony. 2 elevators in the building. It is a quiet neighborhood with sidewalks, great for biking and walking, coffee shops, and restaurants within the area. Grocery (Winn-Dixie) & drug stores are just around the corner. You may hear a slight noise of music across the harbor at night.

Property and location are great, Enjoyed being close to everything but far enough away that its feels like your in a more private condo. Definitely have a car if your going to travel around. We hit a few different places each day and enjoyed each one. The condo has everything you need to relax amd have plenty of space for small families. We used the grill a few times which were great to have, pool was always accessible and clean. Hosts were great amd had everything covered if you needed anything. Definitely would stay there anytime we travel

Lovely, well furnished, comfortable condo in a great location. Wonderful balcony with nice view. Two king beds (very hard to find) were very comfortable. Owner was very friendly and responsive. Only complaint is vertical blinds in both bedrooms were missing slats allowing light in rooms; more of an issue in second bedroom because of lights from across the bay. Owner indicated they are being replaced soon. Minor cleaning g issue was addressed satisfactorily with owner.

Hidden Gem!

A True Hidden Gem – My New Go-To in Destin!I needed a last-minute getaway and stumbled upon this incredible find—so glad I did! This property truly felt like a home away from home. It’s perfectly located near fantastic restaurants, entertainment, and just minutes from the beach. Everything you could possibly need is right at your fingertips.The hosts, Carole and Carl, were absolutely amazing—welcoming, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making sure our stay was perfect. Condo was very, very comfortable. Love the view of the harbor, having the big screen TVs with dish network, 2 king size beds comfy mattresses, comfortable power recliners, washer and dryer in the unit with a nice side by side refrigerator and not to mention the front row seat to the fireworks show on the balcony. Thanks for such an amazing comfortable condo. Owner provided extra things just in case you forgot to bring something. Very appreciative.

Spring week long stay

Had a wonderful stay in Destin area for a little getaway. Carole and Carl have a great location and a welcoming atmosphere in their condo. Nicely decorated with plenty of room. Nice pool area as well as a sand beach area to the seawall. Public beach was next door and in walking distance. Public beach was open but under some update construction with the parking area closed off with limited parking so we had plenty of room at the beach and lagoon areas. Carole was reached easily and responded to any questions. Overall, it was one of the best experiences we have had in rental.

Property was as described. Construction outside was very loud which made sitting on the patio bad. No direct access to the Gulf to swim. Had to drive to another location. The view of the Harbor was great. Overall the stay was good.

Huge balcony with amazing sunset views

My husband and our families had the best time at this beautifully decorated condo with more amenities than expected. Communication with Carole was exceptional which made our check in process easy breezy. The large balcony with the harbor and East pass view is accessible from the living room as well as both bedrooms. We enjoyed watching all of the boat traffic and the firework show is a bonus. Would absolutely recommend to friends as we hope to come back soon ourselves.

This is a beautiful condo. There were alot of extra touches provided. The host was wonderful. Provided details chevk in/check out instructions and answered my questions very quickly. The view was great. We stayed on the balcony and watched the boats alot. I was a little sad that we were leaving before the Thursday fireworks. But one night we heard a loud bang (Pirate ship I assume). Earlier in the day we had noticed a man anchored a little off the point. Figured out he had fireworks. So we rushed to the pool area (best view). Monday night fireworks started about 5 min later. First vacation in several years. Had a wonderful time and loved the beautiful condo. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

They are both realtors past renters and treat customers the way they would want to be treated in Destin, Ft Walton, Navarre , Perdido Key, Pensacola Beach, or any beach property. We bring this property to you as one of our favorite all time condos. Beach Access and Harbor Views where boats are always moving, and a water taxi is right at your disposal to go to bars and restaurants without driving. We enjoy using this condo and feel it is a great place to relax and unwind and enjoy all the activity unfold in front of you.

Why they chose this property

This is one of the most happening places in Destin. It is back in Gulf Shore Drive where you are the last condo on the cape. Thursday night fireworks, shuttle to the nightlife, and access to the water to fish or sunbathe. If you brought your boat you can pull it right in front of the condo on Norriego Point near Crab Island just under the bridge.

What makes this property unique

Quiet at the end of the street, and views of the jetty's and the night life and all activities in between. 3 New grills at the pools side with hot tub and nice pool looking over the Pass Snorkelers tour by the condo enjoying the clear water. Bring your fishing rod and fish off the bulkhead near the condo.... do not forget your Florida fishing license. There is a beach just next door for swimming and relaxing on the beach. The neighborhood is away from the traffic with coffee cafe, restaurants, and gas station. Just outside the neighbor hood you will find Winn Dixie, Wallgreens, CVS, restaurants, Target, Post Office, & shopping.
Destin Commons is a few miles down Why 98 with shops, restaurants, and a movie theater.
