Location, location, location! You have access to everything DC has to offer. It is located close to the 14th Street Corridor, which is famous for the dining and shopping. It is within 2 blocks of the metro at the popular U Street/Cordoza area. It is within walking distance of most popular tourist sites, including the White House, the Capital, the National Mall and Smithsonian Museums, Georgetown, Dupont Circle, the Wharf, City Center, and, really, everything!
