Quiet and comfy 3 bed, 1.5 baths in a quiet neighborhood great for Gator games

Vaulted, very high ceilings with two common areas with three couches (two leather, one cloth) and two recliners (one leather, one cloth). Wood floors downstairs, access to kitchen and entertainment room with TV/sound system. Pool table in living room. Two upstairs rooms have wall-mounted smart TVs. 10 minutes away from UF, great for Gator games. Large living room/family room great for entertaining. 6-Person Hot Tub, stone fireplace on back patio and grill with large backyard.

We came up for parents weekend. Compared to all of the hotels and their jacked up prices this was a steal. Close to the school, safe neighborhood. Excellent communication.

Great base of operations for graduation

Philips house is in a nice quiet neighborhood that is remote but quickly accessible to everything in Gainesville. He was easy to work with and very accommodating to our flexible schedules. The house is comfortable and the check in could not be easier. I knew if I needed anything, Philip would be there. I'll stay here again.

Full time lived in by host with 2 large dogs

Half the house is locked off. Was unsure if there were other occupants but host assured not. Host lives there full time so we would have had to empty dishwasher if we wanted to use it. Two large dogs live there full time also which was evident in the carpet. Not for me but we got by.
