We enjoyed our stay at Stay Rafa. The unit we rented was on the third floor up a spiral staircase. The bus stop is just across the street that takes you to the city center. Rittenhouse Square park is lovely. We were able to visit the farmers market and a weekend art show while staying. We'd definitely stay at the property again.

Great location and spot for 2 couples!

The location couldn't be better, and it was great to have the en suite masters on separate floors. We loved our stay in this unit and hope to be back when we next visit Philly

BEST LOCATION!!!

This apartment exceeded our expectations. The property managers were responsive, the apartment was clean with tons of character and the location is unbeatable. If you are traveling with multiple people, this unit is perfect because it has two separate floors with two bathrooms. We stayed for 10+ weeks and loved every second of it. If you are looking for a long or short stay, this is the place!!

Great location, great apartment; third floor walk-up was a test for this senior but worth every step. Hosts were great in responding to questions. Check-in would have been quicker if we had understood that the address “2000 Spruce St” doesn’t actually front on Spruce Street but is just around the left corner as you face the building from Spruce Street. But everything was perfect. So clean. We loved having the bedrooms and bathrooms on separate floors but be warned that the upper bedroom has no television . And the hosts were so pleasant about check-out (no instructions about trash, dishes, sheets and towels, removal of all items from fridge)! Basically, be neat and lock the door. We were there to visit our youngest son who lives in a grittier part of Philly, but works near Rittenhouse Square. That made the trip so much better than our last stay in a south side fortified motel 6. Worth every extra dollar. And the restaurants in the vicinity were excellent. We could have cooked but chose to eat well for less. Thanks, Rafi!

The apartment was beautiful, but…….

The apartment was exactly as pictured. Two large spacious bedrooms, with two full bathrooms, very clean, beautiful hardwood floors, etc. The one thing the listing doesn’t mention is that it’s a 3rd floor apartment in a building with no elevator. My friend had a heck of a time getting her 50lb bag up those stairs, and I am currently recovering from pneumonia, so needless to say, a heads up would have been nice. Additionally, when we messaged the host to see if we could get a late check out, we never received a response. Also, we were charged an “additional person” fee of $75 and I’m not sure why because there were only two of us and the listing said it could sleep four. I assumed the additional person fee was if you had more than four people?
