Michael was great with communication and made the whole process from booking to check in easy. The house was clean and had a large dining table we could all gather around. One of our guests was on a knee scooter and there was plenty of room for him to navigate around. I would definitely stay with Michael again.

Condo is as list. Very comfortable for our party of 8. Host is great and provided recommendations for lunches, dinners, bars, and entertainment on the east side and was also knowledgeable to recommend a brunch location in the west end. Would highly recommend.

The place of excellent and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Parking can be challenging on a Saturday night but overall everyone was curious of each other and was able to enjoy the trip. We were in town for a cheerleading competition and this place was excellent to unwind after the very busy days we had.

The unit was clean and amazing. Check in was easy and was enough for 8 adults and 2 kids. The game room was superior and fun! We had all amenities we needed. We cooked and there was everything we needed to help. It’s close to broadway and gas stations were close by. We had a great time!

What a fabulous home! Four fantastic size rooms, each with their own bathroom. The decor was exactly as you see in the pictures. The rooftop was a great hang out space with an amazing view. The communication from the owner was immediate and informative. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Loved the Hard Rock Hideway

Great place 5 stars! We did have a tornado warning and sirens at 3am, but other than some scary weather, fantastic trip to Nashville! Met my wife here 30 years ago.

Clean and very comfortable. Host communication was great. Quick trip and didn’t have much time in house other than sleeping but lots of areas in house to do different things. Too cold on our trip (12/30) to spend much time on rooftop patio but very well setup. Only heads up would be lots of stairs, if anyone in your group has trouble with them. Enjoyed spending time with family in this location!

We had a great stay! The rental was very spacious and comfortable, and the location was excellent—close to East Tennessee’s vibrant scene while being in a less busy area than Broadway. Broadway is still close by and very convenient to get to, but we really enjoyed being in a quieter neighborhood.Justin was an exceptional host and incredibly responsive. When we realized we couldn’t find a wine opener, he had one delivered right away. That level of attentiveness really made a difference.The rooftop looks fabulous, although unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy it during our stay because of rain.The only thing to be aware of is parking. There is one spot in front of the garage, and with quite a few rentals in the area, parking can be tricky on Friday and Saturday nights. Ultimately, we didn’t have a problem finding one extra spot, but it’s something to keep in mind.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Great location, beautifully decorated, spacious rental, and an excellent host.

The Perfect Nashville Hangout

We spent three days at this condo and found it to be very cool place to be. From the moment you walk in you get the Nashville vibe from the Brooke Hogan designed interior. Very well appointed to get you ready to hit the Nashville scene. I especially enjoyed the rooftop patio, a great place to chill each morning. Try it out, you won't be disappointed.
