Perfect for families and groups seeking a stylish beach getaway with high-end amenities and a prime location near restaurants and shops. Take our electric golf cart 'Boop' shopping, to the beach, and restaurants just a block away. Welcome to Sunset Chateau, your beautifully decorated luxury home designed for comfort, connection, and relaxation. The bright, open-concept living area features designer furniture, wood plank tile flooring, and a modern kitchen with Quartz countertops. For those mixing work with pleasure, a dedicated workspace provides a quiet area to focus.
The home comfortably sleeps 12 across three levels, offering privacy and space for everyone:
• Level 1: King Bedroom with a full bathroom (sleeps 2), a cozy sofa bed alcove (sleeps 2), Laundry Room, and a large rear patio with a propane grill.
• Level 2: King Bedroom with a full bathroom (sleeps 2), the main living room, a half bath, the fully equipped kitchen, and two covered balconies.
• Level 3: King Bedroom with a full bathroom (sleeps 2) and a bunk room with two sets of twin bunks and its own bathroom (sleeps 4).

• Fully enclosed backyard, perfect for kids and dogs to play freely.

• Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 3-story home. Private parking is available on the brick paver driveway, which can accommodate up to 4 standard vehicles. You will also have convenient access to the Miramar Public Beach by Pompano Joe's.
Pool is heated from Nov - March. To ensure a comfortable and luxurious stay, we provide the following:
• Starter Amenity Kit: A starter set of spa-quality amenities, including soaps, shampoo, lotions, coffee, creamer, sugar, slippers, and toilet paper.
• Luxury Linens: High thread count, hypoallergenic linens for all beds.
• Beach Gear: For a great day at the beach, we provide beach towels, an umbrella, chairs, toys, a volleyball, a football, and a frisbee.
• Pool Heating: Please be aware that the private pool is heated seasonally from November through March.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Clean up any dog doo, leave Bose speaker and garage remote back in kitchen drawer. Let us know if anything was damaged or needs to be replaced.
Make us aware if you received any tickets using the golf cart on your stay. Please plug the golf cart back into the wall. Give us a heads up if the barbecue gas tanks are low.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Loved the extra special touches left by the host....water bottle on every nightstand, personalized notes, plenty of beach supplies, toiletries, golf cart, etc. This was our first time visiting Miramar Beach and we were thoroughly impressed with the accommodations. Quiet and extremely clean home so close to the beach and restaurants. Andrea was very responsive with our dinner recommendations. We will be back and staying here again. Thank you

Large house short gulf cart ride to heach

The house was nice. It is quite large and the pictures do show this but be aware there are lots of stairs. A fence was installed while we were there so that will be nice for futures visitors with dogs. Also be aware it is not a dog friendly beach however Destin dog park is close and you can park at the beach and there is a nice boardwalk near the beach you can walk the dog on. 6 seat golf cart was great.

Just the BEST for a small wedding at Miramir Beach

We started our search looking for a space that could accommodate a bridal luncheon/ wedding hair and makeup party. The open floor plan was perfect for us. This is one of the few places that allowed for small pets, and for us to park more than 2 vehicles, too. Many stairs, as this is a 3-story house, but we were fine with that. The house is a few blocks off the beach, but it is easily walked and the golf cart makes it a quick trip back and forth. So happy with the high level of communication from the hosts, and the welcoming attitudes as we planned the special events for our daughter's Miramir Beach wedding. Southern hospitality is a gift given by hosts/hostesses, and we found it here! We definitely want to visit again, and definitely will look to rent this house again when we are able to. 5-Star rental, for sure!

We chose this neighborhood because it's quant and quiet. We can walk or cart to the part of Miramar Beach where we love to hang out, relax, and soak up the sun. We love that there's lots of parking at our home so we can have friends and family over. Everything is so close we rarely use our vehicle but rather walk or golf cart everywhere. We love our home, we hope you love it too! ENJOY
