A short walk to the beach in an area that features plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. We have world class fishing down by the Sebastian inlet and are close to the Air Force Base and Port Canaveral.

We are excited to expand our vacation rental portfolio to include this amazing home. I am a local business owner in the real estate and construction industry. My wife and I have enjoyed raising our children in this incredible beach side community.

Why they chose this property

This home is close to it all. Sitting between the beach and Indian River there are plenty of outdoor options. Orlando and all of its attractions are a little over an hour away. The Kennedy Space center is to the north and world class fishing at the Sebastian inlet is to the south. Plenty of local restaurants, grocery stores and shopping are just up and down Highway A1A.

What makes this property unique

The home has been completely remodeled within the last year. Being that is self-managed you enjoy the benefit of access to the owner for any issues that may arise during your stay. You will also see the attention to detail in the comfort of the home and amenities. We are always looking to improve and encourage guests to make suggestions.
