1 Bedroom Apt with Balcony, Side Views & Pool – WALK to BEACH!

The condo is located in San Juan's Isla Verde District. This condo is surrounded by 2 of the most beautiful hotels, The San Juan Hotel & Casino and just steps away as well as the 5 star hotel The Ritz Carlton. It is walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches of Puerto Rico, the ISLA VERDE BEACH. The apartment has from the balcony views to the strip of Isla Verde, The San Juan Hotel and partial Ocean View. The apt comes with fully equipped kitchen, the family area has a sofa bed that converts to a full size bed suitable for a party of 2 with an A/C & (1) 40 inches Plasma TV, cable, blue ray, & balcony. The guest room has a Queen bed, night table, closet, 1 split unit, (1) 32 inches TV & Wifi Internet in all apt. Facias in all the ceilings with lights controlled by dimmers , coin laundry facilities, Pool & BBQ area, 1 pkg.

Old San Juan: Take a Self-Guided Walking Tour:The top of attractions of Old San Juan can easily be seen on foot for the most part. Since Old San Juan is considered to be the area within the old fort or castle walls and only 7 square blocks, you can see alot in one day on foot if you are so inclined. This area will delight you with its Spanish architecture, churches, shops, restaurants, and museums, not to mention historically significant buildings and other features. Calle Fortaleza is a street favored by many tourists because of its attractive restaurants, hotels and shops.

Since the old town is bordered by San Juan Bay, a walk along the waterfront can be a pleasant way to start or end your walking tours or enjoy a respite while taking in the great vistas it has to offer. The most picturesque blocks in my view are bounded by Calle Luna and Calle San Sebastián South/North and Calle Tanca, Calle del Cristo East/West, but, wherever you are landed, Old San Juan is so compact that you don't need a map and, if you enjoy walking...

Everything was good, just a little on the small side. Bed was comfortable. The condo had everything we needed to cook a meal as well as everything you need for the beach.

Great location with several restaurants within a few minute walk, taxis across the street, secured, Enterprise Rental Car without the long lines. 10 minutes from the airport, Uber under 10. Beach within walking distance

Great Vacation & Location

Stayed at this condo. I felt very safe even thou I’ve been in the area before. I will definitely be back. Nilsa & Manny great communication and made it so much easier for me to check in, since I was visiting family elsewhere in PR. The is a must for anyone looking for a place to stay.

Perfect everything

Perfect location, it has everything we needed. They knew it was my birthday and had balloons and chocolates waiting for me along with wine. It is in the center of everything, restaurants, nightlife and beach. Would definitely come back.

Birthday Trip

The property was centralized, we rented a car down the street from Sixt, though it wouldn’t have been needed, the property was nearby plenty of restaurants and and other hotels.I’d rate the property a 10 because of the location, price and cleanliness .

Great place to escape NYC winter!

The condo is perfect for a quick winter getaway--lovely, large pool, 8 minute walk to beautiful beach, comfy little apartment. It's very close to the airport, which is convenient for transport but you do hear flights take off. Nothing that disrupted our sleep, we got used to the sound.

Birthday get away

This place was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect. A short walk to the beach many restaurants and convenient stores close by. Manny made the check-in process very easy. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Casino air unit roar

Stayed 11 nightsUnit is fine for 2 people and you can have some private time without sitting in each other's space. Unit is on the 8th floor.Balcony is narrow 4' widechairs on balcony too tall to see out.Memory foam mattress comfortable and hot.Sufficient cooking utensils. Knives are dull, no proper butter knives, or teaspoons.Plenty of beach gear and coolers, and bath towels.1 key and 1 key fob for street gate, building door and pool, which means if one person leaves with the fob, the other person is literally trapped. Not cool. That fob was a big issue for us. We didn't ask for another, but they should have provided 2 regardless. Beach access, ugh: to reach the beach you must walk all the way to the street, away from the beach, in order to make a U turn onto the street next to the building, which leads to the ESJ condos. We were able to walk through the lobby of the condo out back and to the beach. They have security but no one stopped us. Otherwise it's about a 6 block walk to beach going left out of the gate.Water pressure is okay, hot water takes a bit to get going.We lost power twice and water once. Casino air units are constant and loud. Blocks ocean sound. Traffic noise and drunk people, not blocked by unit broken bedroom window.Plenty of parking. Pool was beautiful and private, cool.1/3 mile walk to grocery store.Taxi stand across street. Beware of Barbara R. We saw the police talking to her a week after we experienced theft in her taxi. Hmmm.

Great location

The property was just as described. Clean and comfortable and a few blocks from the beach. The host was very responsive when I contacted with questions. Bed was super comfortable. Property had beach towels, chairs, umbrella and kitchen basics. Pull out couch was comfortable as well.

Perfect stay

We had a wonderful time in Puerto Rico and this beautiful perfect CARIBBEAN PARADISE 1 BEDROOM WAS JUDT PERFECT. it was our anniversary and the wonderful host left us a bottle of wine and some balloons was a wonderful surprise when we walked in everything was clean and cozy and we had a great view ..we will be booking this place again Thank you

Great rental!

My son and I were looking for a rental near the beach, airport, and pickup spots for our daily excursions. This rentsl checked all of the boxes. Upon arrival, the unit was air conditioned and very clean. The refrigerator was stocked with complimentary chilled water bottles, local beer and a bottle of wine.The kitchen was fully stocked for quick meals and plenty of clean linen were available. Manny was great during check-in and helped us get settled in quickly. The available beach items like chairs, towels, and tote bag were a huge plus! We left a few items that hopefully the next family will enjoy.
